Is this deck still viable in the current meta?
I'm missing a 2nd Quartermaster, Tirion Fordring and Lay on Hands. I'd cut Harrison Jones for Dr. Boom, tbh.
Actually I was thinking of adding a Murloc Knight or Antique Healbots, but I'd like to hear your answers.
If i do not have Zombie Chow what would be a good substitute?

Gadgetzan Jouster is very nice substitute. On my experience on midrange decks where most of your miniions are 4-5 cost its even better then zombie
Not bad, but there are other more consistent pally decks out there.
What do you think about Sword of Justice on this deck? I think it could combo very well with Muster for Battle
actually it buffs all 3 recruits and then gets replaced
Sword of Justice is too slow of a card, as you pay 3 mana to do only 1 damage on a turn and put no minions into the field. It basically hands tempo back to the other player. Even if you optimally give +1 +1 to a bunch of minions, that is not very powerful. I've tried really hard in the past to make Sword of Justice a good card. It's not. Just ask Shamans who've tried the much more powerful The Mistcaller, which gives all minions +1 +1. It's terrible card.
I use owl instead of acolyte of pain.
I just tried this deck... I played it at rank 14 (I don't play that much ^^") but I rocketed to rank 10 in the minimum games necessaries, counting the winning streak of course. Answering to someone that struggled against rogue: I played against a Tempo Rogue and I suffered nothing, honestly. He surrended when he went out of cards (and I still had 12 HP).
This deck did good against Zoolock and Mechmage decks too!

Thanks for the awesome deck, i have all cards but its impossible to go more than rank 6 its full of mages and they destroy me.. any advice?
This is a wonderful deck. After getting stuck in ranks 8-11 with my custom Paladin deck, I switched to this one and made progress.
This deck is viable even against Hunters. I still find myself at a slight disadvantage, but at least it's not an auto-lose for me anymore.
One change I made is Captain Greenskin, since I don't have Harrison Jones. This deck has a fair amount of weapons, so buffing them up seems like an interesting twist on this deck. Plus not many people expect to see him. ;-)
even the best paladin deck will be on its back heel until turn 7+ vs zoo or mech, which dominates the meta right now. generally you will be too far behind to pull the game back. not good for laddering until control becomes the dominant playstyle in the meta
I am playing a quite similar version of this. I took out Coghammer as I wasn't getting a lot of value out of it... In my opinion the Zombie Chow, Shielded Minibot and Muster for Battle are doing a good job against aggro... Antique Healbot does a bigger difference in those matchups anyway. Also Acolyte of Pain was being quite useless for me since I was never having trouble with card draw, so I replaced it with an Ironbeak Owl, which improved the deck a lot against taunts and mirror matches (if your opponent Aldo one of your minions for example u can restore its attack, and also silencing Tirion is quite awesome). Also, 2 Quartermaster is helping me a lot, since you don't always have to combo it with Muster... even on turn-7, if you hero power and Quartermaster you already have an average board
The only extremely bad matchup for me is Rogue. How are you guys playing against it? It seems like they have an answer to absolutely anything you play.
Another hard matchup is Druid but there is not much you can do about it I guess.
At least against Warrior Control and Priest it is almost auto-win
this season i tried this deck and i really like it but... i can t pass the rank 6 too many hunters and zoo lock and i dunno what to do but i suffer too much that pressure, it very rare i can effort till turn 7 or 8!!! what can u suggest?
Same thing is happening to me. I cannot pass rank 5 at NA, dut to many hunters and Hanclock warlock atm.
I added 2Antique Healbot, then win rate against hunter is improved but I feel the deck become weaker....
Cool deck, works for me even w/o the second QM that I am still lacking.
This deck struggles against a lot of decks.
I love this deck. I'm up to rank 5 at the moment. However, I'm having a really hard time with all the Combo/Ramp Druids in my meta. What would you recommend to beat all the Druid decks? Should I play more aggressively with face damage, or should I fight to clear the board every turn?
I'm thinking of adding extra taunts (Defender of Argus) to prevent the combo kill around turn 9. Thoughts?
isn't 2x Quartermaster overkill?
