I had 68% WR with this deck from diamond to legend.

 

Mulligan Guideline:

- Versus aggro: Frostbolt, Molten Giant, Doomsayer and any type of draw.

- Versus midrange: Purely go for draw cards, with Doomsayer being the only exception to provide either a stall turn or counter early rushed out minions. 

- Versus control: Pray for Alexstrasza and a perfect order of draws in form of burst damage.
