Don't draw the 2 minions and play switcheroo to get a 12/12 on turn 3 (or turn 1 if you play Illuminate and dredge Switcheroo + trade Shard or Amulet). Hit the face and silence/clear enemy taunts.

Can swap out Priestess Valishj with Murloc Tinyfin for basically the same result.
