Not sure about some cards, specifically Betrayal and Witchwood Piper so maybe you could cut those and run Spirit of the Shark (For more draw) or any other good cards for surviving.

The "combo" is pretty simple, just play anka with Mecha'thun in hand and that's it lol, from there go for Myra's and empty your hand. Remember to save one targeteable spell to kill the Mecha'thun and win.

 

**Edit: also not super sure about Quicksand Elemental but it seems like a decent enough tool to stall the game a couple turns so it looks kinda nice.
