Hi, i wanted to talk about this sweet (for fun ) deck that's big druid. I took the list that Thijs used to reach legend in march and just played it out. Nothing spectacular, just above 50% win rate in a dozen game but this deck is the funniest thing in HS today so why not give it a decktech?
Core of the deck:
Biology Project , Astral Communion and Bright-Eyed Scout . You should always keep those. Your nut draw is astral communion on turn 2 and then your topdecks are so good! You have so many big minions or big spell. I did once a turn 3 Ultimate Infestation and another time i turned 3 a Master Oakheart which recruited Drakkari Enchanter , Dragonhatcher and Mire Keeper , then got the EOT twice recruiting Deathwing and Primordial Drake! You also have to consider that this deck has a significant ramp plan : going Biology Project into Mire Keeper into Nourish is a serious business and you can finally feel like a druid again! Bright-Eyed Scout is always another very good keep because look at our deck: you almost certainly going to get a huge discount : a 5 mana Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound is noone's friend! ( yes i know you can get it on turn 3 with Barnes , i play big priest too... but this is sweeter! ) . Sometimes, even consider not to play Astral Communion. If your hand has decent ramp and you unfortunately have the most powerful follow ups in hand (Oakheart, UI, some 8 drops) just consider to ramp it out.
Replacement / Experiments :
Juicy Psychomelon might be worth a try , but Branching Paths seems better overall in many more situations and nourish is almost as good after an astral and much better if you are planning to ramp and play a fair game.
Do I think you should play the deck? Yes, because it's super fun. Do i think you should expect to win a lot? I don't think so. You can also replace some of the legends if you do not have them all and play what you have!
- Interesting deck! -
- Love me some sweet Astral Communion tampering and nice touch with the delicious dragon-recruiting! -
- I've really been missing out on the wonders of Master Oakheart, so he might very well be up next on my legendary crafting-list and he seems quite worth the dust -
- You may wanna check out my old Ramp-druid recipes below for inspiration on other powerful minions to try out, it's mostly meme, but they worked surprisingly well back in the day, although they lacked all-round card-draw compared to this list and both have been created with what my collection consisted of at the time they were built -
- Perhaps it's time for me to make an updated set in the sacred art of mana-manipulation? -

expensive .. so pass for the current meta is too slow but good idea tho

Why do you need removal when you're having the board and you're always ahead? If you're not ahead, then you can concede :D
I think it's the point the decklist is trying to make... I played probably around 100 games with it... It's a heads and tails deck... As fun as it is expansive :D
My kind of deck! Thanks for the post.
