This is not clickbait - the moment we (myself and my brother) saw that druid was getting nerfed we knew this deck would crush hunters all the way to legend!

EDIT: We made a channel! Come and support on youtube if you want to see us piloting it in Legend :)
If you regularly visit Hearthpwn then Tommy_wave needs no introduction! He is back with another deck spotlight:
Intro/General Strategy:
The premise of this deck is to start the game strong and end extremely early. It is an aggro deck through and through; that relies on getting very sticky boards. It does particularly well against spell hunter as when they play their secrets it further buffs our secret keepers!
Here are a couple of really clutch starts:
on coin:
- Place redemption --> The Coin into Vicious Fledgling. This way it is almost impossible for him to remove fledgling!
- Place either Righteous Protector or Argent Squire --> Blood Knight. This way you play a 6/6 on turn two; so gross!
w/out coin:
- Play Secret Keeper --> double secret --> Vicious Fledgling. Still a very strongand fast way to get out flappy bird that should allow it to stick.
- Play Righteous Protector or Argent Squire --> Redemption + Blessing of Might. Smashes 5 damage into face on turn two, and revives the minion as a 1/1 with divine shield if cleared.
Mulligan:
Versus Aggro: In general just have a good play for all three of your first turns, i.e curve out.
- Hunter: Just find Secretkeepers: GG and profit. Also Redemption is bad for testing secrets but good for absorbing huffers.
- Heal-lock: Try and be the first one to throw a flappy bird on board; this way he either has to use a Soulfire or it sticks and you have a great chance of winning.
- Odd Rogue: Redemption is so clutch here. They are usually only able to clear one minion a turn and if that minion revives it helps our board state out a ton.
- Even Shaman: I've found that jugglers help a lot against Even shaman especially when stuck behind a Righteous Protector. Try and find those but otherwise just hunt for one drops- your goal as usual will be to fight for board control as he does not run any removal bar Hagatha.
Versus Control: You can be a bit more greedy and fish for Vicious Fledgling (Flappy Bird) + Tarim.
- Taunt Druid: very unfavoured but thank the nerf hammer that there are now far less of these around; flappy bird or bust. It's worth noting that you can go wide and not have to worry about spreading plague.
- Mechthun Priest: Greatly unfavoured - we are contemplating adding Mojomaster Zihi as this deck gains popularity. But try and curve out while fishing for flappies.
- Control Lock: Search for your silence as a Voidlord sticking can end it for you.
Shameless Stream Promotion:
It's our second time ever hitting legend and we just did it on stream so you have 6 hours of this deck being piloted from Rank 3 --> Legend to get through if you'd like some help piloting it!
Also for a bit of context, the guy who swore at us during the screenshot was a guy who was about to hit legend then he lost three games to us in a row! Two of them were spell hunter and one was control pali. We narrowly got through his control pali to snatch legend!
If you enjoy the deck and would like a mulligan guide then please upvote! If the deck gets to 25 upvotes then I'll add more detail and include a mulligan guide. Thanks for the incredible support everyone! As promised: ^^
Much love and goodluck on ladder everyone!

EDIT:
-1 Blood Knight / +1 Spellbreaker (We have found the final silence wins you many more games than the occasional 3 mana 6/6)
SECOND EDIT:
-1 Blessing of Might / +1 Mojomaster Zihi (With the abundance of combo decks we are facing in legend this card is invaluable, if you do not have it or are between Rank 15 - 5, I'd suggest skipping it)
How necessary are Call to Arms and Sunkeeper Tarim to this deck? Any recommended replacements?
unfortunately Tarim is amazing in this deck, the same for call to arms :(, maybe sub in card draw instead of call to arms?
I'm finding this a very polarising deck currently
Lost to Aggro druid (fucking EZ MODEZ deck), Odd Paladin, zoo lock.
Beat...nothing.
Just built the deck (Without Mojomaster Zihi atm). 2-1 so far (not too much but it's a beginning)
Wins vs: Evenlock and Druid
Loss vs: Odd paladin.
It's frustrating for the opponent to try and kill something and get it revived/shielded/bodyguarded XD
Exactly xD
Thanks great deck got me to legend for first time after years of trying.
Woohoo! Well done! We have been struggling a lot in the past too man. Watch this space for.next season as we are.going.to be trying again!
Thanks for the great idea and the deck! I reached legend in 2 days from rank 5. Matchup vs Hunter is super easy :)
BTW, I did one modification: removed 1x Call to Arms and added 1x Masked Contender
Why on earth would you play masked contender over a second Bellringer Sentry?
I took a few days off for the Christmas break and picked this deck up for some quick gold grinds. Wanted to share a few highlights: -
Hey just wanted to say this list is amazing! I don't know my win rate but i went from rank 8-5 fairly easily, was my first time ever being rank 5 also just because i don't ever try to play that much. Your deck list made it easy so thanks!
Anytime my friend! so glad to hear! Check our our new priest control deck spotlight if you have the cards for it 😉
Not really unfortunately. Worth a craft my friend.
when most of paladin deck is craftable for me after the nerf
me: yea good shit
this deck is good, I love it - played it for 18 games and Im 10-8 and im at rank 3 now (and to be honest, I made the deck and started playing ranked with it straight away)
I reached rank 2 and I couldn't go any further so I decided to have fun and try decks that I already have cards for and this deck is so fun to play and can get some wins out of nowhere
the only downside I found is that it can run out of steam if you don't use your resources wisely and protect some key minions with your life
during the last couple of games, I changed one Divine Favor with Val'anyr just to keep me going during later turns
Thanks for sharing and for the info :)
I am getting crushed by mages and warlocks.
Big Spell Mage is doable but Odd mage is a pain.
The removals of warlock are too good against this deck. Still trying to beat them though.
Any advice for big spell mages? Or just concede?
Didn't have all the cards, but I beat a top 200 Legend player with the deck, thanks lmao
Who am I? None of your business.
Oh, this deck is super fun and strong. Rank 5 > rank 3 with 9-1.
Vs hunter 4-0.
