"Eureka!" Your opponents will screech when you Lesser Sapphire Spellstone 3 copies of The Lich King and fill your hand with Shaman spells and Dream Cards from Hagatha the Witch and Ysera.
This deck revolves around control in beginning turns, so always keep cards such as Zap!, Lightning Bolt, and definitely Lightning Storm in your opening hand. Control the board when it is overwhelming with a Volcano wipe.
Combo Electra Stormsurge with Eureka! and get 2 copies of a giant creature.
Worried you'll lose too many turns because of Overload? Don't, Snowfury Giant will cost you less than 5 most games (but more likely 0-2 if timed correctly).
Let your opponent think they are winning, then shred their hopes with Healing Rain or a 6 mana combo with Electra Stormsurge for 24 LIFE!!
This deck takes time to learn, so don't be discouraged if you're not winning with it right away. There is an art to this deck, so be swift, like water, and stomp your way to Legend Rank with "Eureka!"
How can you write things like legend worthy deck?
Take out the 2 Far Sight for 2 Mana Tide Totem, it provides a soft taunt against aggro and remove 2 Drakkari Defender for 2 Thunderhead, because you have only one spellstone. Thunderhead is a great card against aggro, especially with Zap! and Lightning Bolt. This will boost odds against aggro and also maintain dominance against control.
I really like these edits. Going to consider testing these out and will later edit my Hearthpwn deck to reflect changes I made. Thanks
0-10
Sorry to hear that, probably need to work on what you do on mulligan and timing of board wipes. Consider Vashy22's comment below. This deck is meant to have fun with in a game where aggro seems to be the only meta.
Getting to that late game is a little tough against aggro, you really need to time when to play your removal and determine the value.
I agree 100%. It's a deck that has potential but like most non-aggro decks, struggles against the meta.
What would you think about Charged Devilsaur instead of Giant Mastodon? It seems more aggressive, but way less defensive.
A good substitute in my opinion, but would deff recommend Ysera if you have the dust. I just wanted a high cost taunt because I love the taunt mechanic. I also created this deck before Charged Devilsaur was released if i'm not mistaken, so it wasn't even an option to consider at the time.
This is definitely the Dan K knockout deck. Bout to try it out
This deck was made especially for Dan K. Thanks for noticing.
