Mulligan:

always keep: Acolyte of Pain

vs aggro: Doomsayer, Equality, Wild Pyromancer, Consecration, Truesilver Champion

vs control: Devilsaur Egg, Mechano-Egg

when you have good mana curve: Stonehill Defender, Shrink Ray (keep it against aggro decks when you already have cheaper removal) 

Card Replacements:

Sunkeeper Tarim -> Aldor Peacekeeper or Dark Conviction

Lay on Hands ->  Acolyte of Pain or Loot Hoarder

Tirion Fordring -> Spikeridged Steed  (another great defensive tool) 

Uther of the Ebon Blade -> Primordial Drake (not the best replacement but it helps because of taunt and can wipe a board with Equality)

Spiritsinger Umbra -> Annoy-o-Module (different way to trigger Mechano-Egg)

Harrison Jones -> Gluttonous Ooze or Acidic Swamp Ooze (slightly worse weapon removal)

Zilliax -> Ghostly Charger (worse removal but it still helps)

Cards that might be included:

Dark Conviction - can be used on eggs or on opponents big minion.

Val'anyr - buff your eggs.

Spellbreaker - deal with annoying deathrattle cards or buffs.

Tar Creeper - helps against aggro decks.

Corpsetaker - synergies with Tirion Fordring and Zilliax

Meat Wagon - can pull out Mechano-Egg
