THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT GUYS! It's so fun to see this deck gain popularity and I'll try to answer every question. If you like the deck, remember to +1 ;)

UPDATE:
THIS DECK IS RATHER OUTDATED and isn't consistent enough for rank 5+ and legendary ranks, but it's still a ton of fun!! If you want a consistent control deck updated for GvG to climb towards legendary, check out a control warrior deck I call "Anger Management": http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/137120-gvg-anger-management

INTRODUCTION:
"Is this zoo? Is it handlock? WHAT JUST HAPPENED?!" (Typical opponent reaction)

Where to begin....

Do you love playing warlock? Ever got tired of just playing zoo and handlock, possibly some sort of demon-lock? Well get ready, because this is something totally different.

This deck is a concept I've been trying to perfect ever since seeing some similar decks that were pretty situational and unreliable but super fun once you managed to pull off some "wombo combos" with them. While some of these other decks where unstable to say the least, they did provide the element of surprise.

While I like playing gimmick decks for fun every now and then, I prefer playing competitive decks and at the time of writing I'm rank 3 on the EU server. The problem with many competitive decks is that everyone plays the same stuff and tries to know when to counter what for every class. So this deck is a very serious attempt to bring the unexpected and suddenly overwhelm your opponent with some impressive combos while still maintaining control of the game.

At first glance this deck may seem a bit gimmicky, but please try it out yourself before you overlook it. I've beaten many serious Hearthstone players and gotten some awesome reactions from playing this deck. I find this deck to be very versatile against most classes and play styles. Last but not least, it's the most fun (often hilarious and super powerful) competitive deck I've played so far.

This deck struggles most against spell based decks like Freeze Mage and Miracle Rouge that can bypass your taunts easily and blast you with powerful spells and pure aggro decks can be challenging unless you can wall up decent taunts. So if every single game you play seems to be against pure aggro decks, freeze mages and rouges then this deck might not be the best choice, but otherwise it's quite fun and powerful.

THE CONCEPT:
You have some amazing combos at your disposal and unless this deck gets really popular, you will have the advantage of playing the unexpected that your opponent may not have an appropriate counter for.

At the beginning you either want to establish tempo with Undertaker, Nerubian Eggs, Void Terrors etc, establish early game taunts (Ancient Watchers and Nerubian Eggs with Sunfury Protector) or set it up for a favorable board clear with Ancient Watcher + Shadowflame or a well timed Hellfire. If you don't have good early game cards to play you can often pretend you're a handlock and just use Life Tap until you can play some crazy stuff and dominate the board later.

This deck centers around mid-game POWER and some late game finishers like Ragnaros the Firelord, Molten Giants and Lord Jaraxxus. You have Sludge Belchers, Sunfury Protectors and a Defender of Argus for taunts, and even Faceless Manipulator can be used to copy taunt minions for defense, but it's more fun to copy other stuff. Your objective is to dominate the board and establish taunts until your opponent cannot attack your hero directly and you have enough fire power to deal lots of face damage.

THE MULLIGAN (YOUR STARTING HAND):
1. Undertakers
2. Nerubian Eggs
3. Ancient Watchers
4. Sunfury Protector
5. Nerubian Egg + Power Overwhelming + Void Terror
6. Shadowflame
7. Hellfire
8. Ironbeak Owl (for Ancient Watcher)

KEY CARDS:
Undertakers are awesome even if you can't boost them. People will silence it, waste useful removal cards and treat it like it's a major threat. Every time they do, I think to myself "If you only knew what I've got in my deck".

Nerubian Eggs are great value, especially when combined with Power Overwhelming and/or Void Terror. Sometimes I'll even start a game by playing 2 Nerubian Eggs on turn 1 and 2 (using the coin) and then throw a Void Terror in between them on turn 3 for a 3/7 and two 4/4 minions.

Ancient Watchers are fantastic in this deck for their cheap cost and many uses. Combo with the owl and you can deal 4 damage on turn 2 if you have the coin. Give it taunt or use it for board clear with Shadowflame.

Power Overwhelming, such a wonderful card. Deal 4 damage and get a beefy minion with Void Terror or just use it on a Nerubian Egg to clear an early game threat and get your 4/4 minion. You can also use it to super power your Shadowflame, steal a minion with Sylvanas Windrunner or even use it as a final attack burst to the face.

Void Terror has so many awesome deathrattle minions to combo with that it becomes a pleasure to strategically devour your own minions to bring forth your opponent's demise. Possibly the most fun and under-rated card in this deck.

Shadowflame is awesome as a deathrattle activator as well as for very effective board clear. My favorite combo is Sylvanas Windrunner+ Shadowflame to deal 5 damage to clear the board and steal a mighty minion with divine shield or more than 5 Health (even works against Kel'Thuzad to steal him and get your Sylvanas Windrunner back!)

Baron Rivendare is just too fun and useful not to include with this many awesome deathrattle minions and cards to activate the deathrattles. A really good combo is Baron Rivendare, then dropping a Void Terror to get a beefy minion and trigger one or two awesome deathrattles twice. (Think Sylvanas Windrunner, Sludge Belchers or Nerubian Eggs.)

Sylvanas Windrunner is incredible in this deck thanks to Power Overwhelming, Void Terrors, Baron Rivendare, Faceless Manipulator and Shadowflame. I've even stolen a concealed Malygos from a rouge player. Nuff said.

Faceless Manipulator is one of the best cards in the game in my opinion since it's a 5 mana minion that can become whatever you want so long as there's a target to copy. A fun tip is to copy Tirion Fordring to get a 5/3 weapon. :D

Siphon Soul is a very good insurance against running too low on health or having a big and mighty enemy minion ruin your day.

Lord Jaraxxus, the Dark Lord that inspired the name for this deck, is a great end-game emergency heal if you're behind and offers great pressure towards your opponent if you're ahead and have some decent taunts on the board. Sometimes I'll even play him if it makes me lose health, provided that gives me a better advantage. Best of all, Lord Jaraxxus is very fun and has awesome emotes! =P

Please give me all your likes, comments, questions and suggestions. I will very much appreciate it and do my best to improve the deck further. Also, send me a private message if you want to try playing against me and this deck. ;)
