Why not use Rin, the First Disciple to destroy their deck?
You can’t spend 41 mana to do that and interact with your opponent. I tried the card for about a dozen games or so and couldn’t ever pull it off because you can’t afford to spend 5 mana on a 2/2 or 3/3 when you’re pressured by aggro or are looking at a big threat. You’re in the business of exhausting their resources, which is something rin doesn’t help you do (at least in this shell).
The vulgar homunculus is there for board presence early and to help upgrade the spellstone.
It’s definitely more efficient to cheat the voidlords out, but I never have a problem board wiping on 8 (and several times before that if needed) to follow up with the 9 drop. I also like to meme people with howlfiend - treachery, or else those things would probably be in the deck.
I only tap in desperation or if I’m way ahead on cards in my deck.
My winrate is low. The deck still needs some work.
gnomeferatu is pretty crucial to the fatigue strategy but you can just play a control warlock deck without them. If you do craft gnome, just take out treachery, doomsayer, howlfiend for cards to help the spellstone, another siphon soul, and something like 2x stone hill defender. I would keep 2 nether though. As the guy on here said before, it’s too crucial to only run one from my experience.
Hi man, 1st of all I want to thank you because I wanted to update a list that is similar to yours. I'm not sure about the removals, I mean 1 TN is not enough. According to me u need some changes. WD anyway
You're definitely right about Nether. The deck is clunky and needs some work for sure. I started out with one thinking Doomsayer - Treachery could help make up for the other copy. Thanks
