But there are people who can't buy packs and do not play enough to buy enough of them with gold, and may want ultra late game options in their deck. Such card is here for them. Comparing the two is absolutely irrelevant because they don't have the same purpose. It's like comparing some of the basic cards that are absolutely underpowered compared to the ones you can get in the boosters. It makes no sense, because they are not meant to be played by the same type of players. That's what I meant when I said comparing a Legendary and a Common, in this case, is irrelevant.
Sure, some cards only see play with people who don't own the better ones. What's the problem? We all start out playing basic cards. Then we gradually sub in cards from packs. When you get your first good epic you might build a deck around it. Eventually legendaries enter the fray and that card you were so happy with as a noob seems not so good anymore.
We can't all own a full collection, that takes a very long time to get, unless you pay to win.
And yet someone who just started the game does not stand a chance against someone who has a great collection and a competitive deck, simply as a matter of cards owned and not skill-wise. That's how it is, claiming the opposite is hypocrite, or "dumb" as you called me. People who will want incorporate the kind of cards are the kind of ones who stay in the low ranks, because they don't have the time/commitment/resources to buy packs to go higher, and these people should normally not play against the ones having competitive decks. That's what ranked's aim is. Hearthstone IS a free to play game, because, with time and skill, you can slowly build up an amaing collection. Paying makes you go much faster. It does not grant you an actual advantage against someone who didn't pay but played for 2 years, each day. The people I'm talking about are very casual ones, who do not pay AND do not play much.
I don't see why this is surprising, every expansion brings fairly vanilla minions after all. Force-Tank MAX in GvG, Captured Jormungar in TGT. It may not be good, but it's still a card in arena. It is also relevant to other cards like Forbidden Shaping, Evolve, Master of Evolution and Ancient Harbinger. I may not play it, but I still like it because it's a monstrous servant of the old gods with a big, dumb body. It couldn't be more fitting.
Good point with all those "mana shaping" cards, it seems it's really what they had in mind when creating these cards. It's like the fearsome doomguard, who buffed bane of doom.
Buff for Master of Evolution
If you thought War Golem was good, you'll love Faceless Behemoth!
umm... I ... I can't think of one good thing to say about this card. Its trash even in arena, and is a strictly worse version of Y'saarj
Please blizzard why
probably for new players. its a common so its easy to find if you just started playing and it isn't complicated that's the only reason i can find.
It's actually insane in arena. If your opponent can't remove it, then you've pretty much won.
The boogeymonster is better than this shit
WTF IS THIS???????????????????
i know right?! maybe its a token and accidentally ended up on the list
Did you just... steal my comment? I'm kinda honored. Question is, why does yours get upvotes while mine got dislikes?
