Do you want to know the best thing about this card?
He disenchants for 400 dust.
lol i have crafted him recently
That's probably the funniest thing ive ever heard!
Just don't ever play this at all, its horrible against almost anything, and I guarantee that almost every time your opponent will be laughing and calling you a noob
Great against Miracle Rogues!
This is the true Leeroy.
I'm on a Lorewalker cho kick. But a good counter to counter spell play against Millhouse... is to play Lorewalker (say coin on t1) BEFORE milhouse. Then, the choices become more interesting. Will your opponent use the free spell opportunity and give you that "removal spell" or will that go to waste. Now think about that combo...
I want my opponent to cast this while i have pyroblast in hand.
Millhouse is an excellent Tempo shift when played early. His negative in a Zoo heavy meta is also nearly non-existent. Common Warlock spells in zoo decks cost 0 mana anyways. Against hunter, if played early, your worst case scenario is Animal Companion. Unfortunately a lot of mid-range hunters mulligan specifically for Animal Companion...
The aggro Pally deck from DKMR prefers Millhouse over Mukla btw specifically for the hard temp shift.
One day millhouse will see some gameplay, he just needs some synergy.
The main reason Millhouse Manastorm exists is to be a bait, blowing any high damage spell or a targeted destroy that could've been used on your other (more important minions), or depending on enemy's starting hand it may even force him to waste a field sweep that would probably cost you the game. But please, play him before your main threat (or turn 1~3) and if you have enough life to survive some spells and preferably if they have a clean board (buff spells an be a pain in the arse this early in the game).
I've been playing him for a while and I noticed that no one actually used his ability to directly damage me (except for hero only damaging spells, Mind Blast), but instead they always blew a nice removal on him, or better they had nothing to use, so my 4/4 Gnome could him them hard.
I've found some cards that really made me wish I kept him in hand instead of playing. Let me list some:
►Animal Companion
►Mindgames
►Mind Control - This one is the worst.
►Wild Growth
►Edwin VanCleef - Depending on the turn this card means you're done.
►Feral Spirit
►Bloodlust - This is why you should use on a clean board...
►Sap - The rogue does what he wants and make you play Millhouse again.
►Questing Adventurer
►Any secret or buff card...
With so many "counter" cards why playing with him?
Simple, he is a 2 mana threat that must be dealt with, or wasting spells that would've be directed to your real threats or by trading a minion with yours.
Not the best Legendary, I really would'nt waste Powder on him, but I've opened him and I'm keeping on my deck at place of a 2 mana drop.
3.5/5
I've been experimenting with Millhouse in a couple decks. So far, it seems like your best bet is to play him on turn 1 or 2. That early on, most of your opponents spells are relatively useless.
So I'm trying to play Millhouse like a trap; I bait my opponent into blowing all their nice spells early. If Millhouse dies, they wasted cards to take out a 2‑gem mob that I don't care about. Even if they blow fireballs, I can at least rest assured that they weren't buffed with any spell power.
Anyway, I'm still not sure I will ever use him seriously, but it's definitely an interesting card.
Greetings folks!
I am playing Hearthstone from about two months. From my poor experience I have never encountered an enemy using this card nor the arena or ranked/unranked play. I am talking about realm-Europe.
It is a tricky card. For 2 mana you get a 4-4 card, undestroyable by priest by any "kill minion with less than 3 or more than 5 attack" it is good against any non-magic class. In present time, most players are focused on heavy spell decks (as my simple observation so far).
I will not spent so many enchanting dust for it, neither in the arena and give my enemy such greater advantage. Maybe if it only gives spells cost 1 less or 2 less for next turn will be more balanced than cost 0.
Thank you guys for reading my opinion!
Millhouse first appeared in WoW in the instance Arcatraz as part of the final boss encounter. Since then, he's dabbled in the Twilights Hammer and showed up in the Brawler's Guild where he apparently now resides in Hearthstone as a minion!
