It's not HER fault you didn't put a spinning saw blade on your horse.

I feel like a possible 1/2 is a worse downside than healing your opponent for up to 5 health, and the knowledge you gain about your opponent's deck is negated by the knowledge he gets about your deck. So far zombie chow's downside has had little effect on the outcome of the matches where i use him, so it will be tough sell for me to replace him with this.
Hard to tell how this mechanic will turn out, on one hand this could be a zombie chow replacement for control decks and this guy will be better than chow almost every-time vs aggro which is when you really neeed the 1 drop anyways. However if the meta slows down enough chow might be the more consistent option. Definitely gonna give him a try in the new fatigue pali that's going to emerge tho.
and that, my friends, is the death of aggro
Just what I was thinking:
Play this: See doomguard, slam down that Big Game Hunter, you most likely won't need his ability (assuming no BGH attack buff combo in your deck)
Also, the card you see is less likely to be played by your opponent soon (as they don't have it in their hand right now). See Molten Giant, go face.
Except if your opponent has Doomguard, there's a good chance he's running [cardMal'Ganis[/card] in the deck as well.
great idea! I mean it was kind of a dumb idea to begin with not being able to see your opponent's cards at the start of the game.
Finally a card to enable my Molten Giant Holy wrath deck Kappa.
This is not your everyday stupid.
THIS IS ADVANCED STUPID.
Running this instead of chow in control pally
Never, the health the opponent gains doesnt really matter, but chow has 100% chance to be 2-3, this one has less than 50%. (Because if the drawn cards cost the same, this doesnt get buffed)
You were also assuming that both player's have the same distribution of minion mana costs. Which is a very bad assumption.
Against face decks u have higher chance, but then the opponent's health doesnt really matter, so still chow is better.
You also only include this in decks with higher than average minion costs. You wouldn't run this in a deck that had even close to a 50% chance of it triggering.
Decent 1 drop that gives you insight into what your opponent might be playing. You play this and your opponents reveal a Wolfrider, you already know its Face Hunter. Or he reveals Savannah Highmane, you know its Midrange or Hybrid
in what universe does this card counter duplicate?
He means Mirror Entity, surely. ;]
This is better than zombie chow for new players. Like zombie chow opens at 4th wing in naxx. This is just a common. Great job Blizzard!
This card is way worse than chow in arena, because it has less than 50% chance to be 2-3, and arena is all about boardcontrol, u cant build a facedeck in arena.
Yay, I can finally play 4 Zombie Chows! Huck Funter forever!
