Clarifications
- Your Hero Power will become usable again if you use your power before playing Coldarra Drake. Additionally, if he dies, your hero power won't exhaust. (Source)
You can use your Hero Power any number of times.
The Grand Tournament has a "No dragons allowed" policy, but it's rarely enforced.

If what stated here is true, I think this card should have been labeled Battlecry to consider a permanent effect.

If they mean does not exhaust for the turn i think it is okay but if it is permanent then yeah it probably should be a battle cry. Letting it become a battlecry though will null its effect when it gets summoned via other ways.
They should probably reword this.
pretty sure they mean your refreshed hero power won't exhaust as a result of the drake dying. if you use it again then it will exhaust, after the drake is dead
This definetly should not be a Battlecry that makes your unlimited hero power uses be permanent or else Justicar Trueheart , Fallen Hero or Maiden of the Lake will be hella strong cards.

I'm confused. Does this mean a Mage can just use their hero power over and over until they rope or just until they use up their mana?

One of the slowest cards so far. Hero Powers tend be overcosted so using them any number of times might be great value but no tempo. Grinder Mage could abuse this card for endless removal. Combinations with Maiden of the Lake or Fallen Hero are highly conditional.
Made a deck around this card, think it might be competitive.

I don't see many uses for this card outside top deck endgames. Atm no mage deck currently gets to that point of the game anyway besides Freeze Mage, but what are you really going to replace for this card?
This card + Maiden of the Lake on board on turn 10 will give Mage a free pyroblast

its a risky combo ...but still if you make it there you can win the game!
This + Majordomo = 40 dmg a turn. You can protect yourself with secrets. Issue is, how the hell do you play this and have it survive a turn?
Even more fun: With Maiden of the Lake you just press hero ability until everything is dead.
