My order is Vol jin > Sylvanas Windrunner > Harrison
I think Vol jin first because priest has too much 6 mana cards
And Sylvanas is a great entomb target
Thanks to his new mate Brann Bronzebeard, Vol'jin swaps back his own 2 health. Da spirits no more be restless. BibleThump
i woudn't call them mates. trolls and dwarves hate each other. there's even a troll gun called the Gurubashi dwarf destroyer.
Makes sense Brann sticks it to him i guess.
One of the few legendaries I don't regret crafting lol
Got this fellow in a card pack today. I think I will turn him into dust though since I never cared for the priest class.
How is this a sexual statement?
you're gay
you're
This card is awesome.. Works very well with Auchenai Soulpriest's Hero power on board to instantly kill your opponent's minion or just Holy Fire on 10 mana or holy smite.
Only a silence is shit and makes it weak.
"Da spirits be restless!"
This card is an amazing 5 drop. Best dust I ever spent.
This card makes shadowform slightly more viable. It's basically a 7 mana, 1 card ysera/malygos instant removal, as opposed to an 8 mana, two card board swinger (cabal+shrink).
Vol'jin is not nearly as effective of a card if you cannot instantly remove the swapped minion, since a silence on that minion will reset its health back to the full amount. That's why being in SF1 or SF2 before use is good, or having a holy smite. The only answer besides those two would be waiting till turn 10 to holy nova after the swap or having a minion on the board to trade. Since the only viable shadowform deck at the moment is a fatigue deck with 30 reactive/defensive cards, the likelihood of having a minion on the board when you use Vol'jin is not high. It's a niche card but when used at the correct time, it is absolutely game winning.
If/when Blizzard ever brings shadowform down to a 2 mana cost card, Vol'jin SF priests will be everywhere.
Just put 2 Holy Smites in your deck
It's definitly on of the best class legendaries and priest really needed a good class card because Prophet Velen is garbage. And OMG the combo with Holy smite is pretty damn good(specially against DR Balanced)
Agreed, I use him in my control priest as one of my main victory conditions. Never lets me down. But I am still thinking I need this guy as well.
If this guy was neutral, he'd be in EVERY deck.
If you swap him with a 5-health enemy then he's a 6/5, which is normal for 5 mana. Anything over that (like the ubiquitous Dr. Boom) gives him amazing value.
Now add on top of that he's basically a removal as well, allowing any minion to trade with your target or pairing very nicely with Holy Smite. Crazy.
Who be the warchief now? huhuhuhuhu....
One of the best class-specific legendaries overall, not so flashy, but reliable. And also has an amazing golden animation.
Did anyone else realize that he has a special saying when Grommash is on the board?
