Rastakhan's Rumble Guide
Just got to legend tonight with a way fun discard version of heal zoo. I crafted High Priestess Jeklik on Sunday and today (Thursday) it took me from rank five to legend. It was fun to play a competitive deck that I’ve never seen anyone else play. It handles hunters, priests, druids, and OTK paladin all really well. Struggles against big odd mage. I’m not posting this for any self promotion (in fact I have never made a deck on hearthpwn before this one) but this deck was just so fun I wanted to post it. So if you’re looking for a fun zoolock deck check out my link!
Jeklik is now my new favorite card haha!
Is there anything i could use instead of the soularium or should i just craft it?
I think you should not craft it. It's not that essential.
You can put just anything aggressive like Acherus Veteran or Argent Squire or some Tech stuff like Spellbreaker. Really just about anything you like, really.
-1 despicable dreadlord -1 Leroy Jenkins -1 lifedrinker
+2 doomguard +1 high priestess Jeklik
With these changes it really changes the feel of the deck. I think doomguards help more than Leroy Jenkins and with Jeklik it’s okay when you discard her. She gets out of hand fast. Just my recommendations. I’m currently rank 2 and think I can push it to legend this month.
That sounds interesting. I might try that, got Jeklik from packs anyway, so why not play her as well. Thank you for the idea!
Go for it man and good luck! It’s been winning at a pretty high rate right now. It handles Kingsbane and hunter very well. Also Jeklik keeps all buffs in her when she multiplies. So if you drop keleseth before drawing her or hit her with a soul infusion before multiplying her you get a ton of value due to her keeping all the buffs.
oh boi, thank you so much for that little twist on Zoo!
I've replaced exactly what you said in my list. Not only is it very satisfying to play with a new RR card, it actually adds a lot to the gameplay. When you are low on cards, you reasonably well discard Jeklik. Thats such value. Also, it keeps / doubles the buffs from Keleseth and soul infusion. And for matchups where you need some real value, you can just milk jeklik with the soulfires and doomguards. I was going the distance all to fatigue against an DK-OTK paladin and i even outvalued him and all his board clears and shrink rays and shit. I was playing like 6 6/7 Jekliks that game. All taunt and lifesteal. That is insane value.
Just adding Jeklik to Zoo adds such flexibility against different matchups and adds some decision-making to the gameplay. Very nice I must say.
I'm at rank 3 right now, so I might try pushing to legend with this deck.
So I edited mine a little more post Odd Paladin nerf. I did an additional:
-1 despicable dreadlord -1 Saronite chain gang
+1 reckless diretroll +1 Soulwarden
Soulwarden is great late game and the troll is a big 2/6 taunt that’s adds a little controlled discard. Rank 1 with 4 stars just trying to get over the hump.
I've kept the deck mostly like it was.... But i did -1 Lifedrinker/ +1 Questing Adventurer
The result are quite.... lovely when the Adventurer does it's job :D (But don't get your hopes up, it will often die miserably. It at least has the satisfaction to make the other guy try to get ride of him right away. So 1 less spell to worry about on your importants minions)

Still no luck to rank up against all the hunter over here though lol.
Awesome deck, 3 ranked games, 3 loses. Should I continue?
Maybe you have no clue how to play this deck. When to go for board control, when to trade, when to push face, how far you have to commit to all in etc... give this deck a chance... brought me from rank 14 to rank 5 in one day!
spoken like a pro!
