This seems exceptionally mediocre. The payoff is far, far too slow.
Might be ok. I think a more agressive stat line like 4/2 would have helped a lot.
Looks like paladin got yet another three cards that won't receive enough support to be viable. I hope I'm wrong and there will actually be some cards that make big paladin worth it. Because if there's enough (early game) support, this card is obviously really good.
Anyways, don't worry. With the card dump, we'll see at least 2 to 3 common aggro cards for pala which will make pure pala broken. We'll get 2 weeks of fun before they are nerfed and pala is in the dumpster again.
If they want this kind of archetype to thrive they should be warier to print silence effects available for everyone, like Smothering Starfish
Or something that benefits deathrattles, of which Paladin has jack.
Sounds fun but this deck means you have no early game, and that you have to run control cards, which in Paladin are Equality plus other two that make damages

Seems like maybe the big minions might rotate into core and Duel!? That would be sweet to have some strong big minion support but we need more tutors. Order in the Court is amazing for late game but I haven't seen a game finisher just yet, so we'll see.
They should've gone with Elvis for Paladin or something.
Kangor’s Endless Party
Big Paladin!!! It's a decent card but he alone can't carry the deck since you can't rely on drawing him every game. Also he's extremely slow, if the opponent ignores him then it takes two turns to get a minion down, plus possibly one more turn to attack with it. Also silence exists.
I don't see this seeing play unless paladin gets some kind of mass deathrattle support and the meta slows down (it won't). Paladin right now is focused on aggro and battlecries.
But then again, in the past paladins have gotten some really weird cards and they ended up working out cause they somehow synergized perfectly with other weird cards (mass summon murlocs, N'zoth verison 2, jailer)
You hit the nail on the head. Again, massive power cards for Rogue, shit for Paladin. MAYBE this card can work in some kind of control Paladin deck. BORRRINNNGGG. Why can't they just make a silverhand recruit deck that's competitive?
This seems pretty nice. It doesn't put you a card down when it summons like a lot of similar cards. A big deck is happy to just play him turn after turn and all the healing lets them get away with it. I feel like you'd even be ok hitting something relatively small like a 5/5. Hopefully there's not a lot of silence going around.
Alarm-o-Bot with no tag, 3/3 deathrattle +2 mana mono-card and a negligible effect like lifesteal (each legendary they give to the paladin surpasses the previous one in garbage) yet another card without synergy in the paladin... (today a random common card would do the same thing in terms of power, it is not even clear why this should be mono-copy) paladin is the only class that hasn't received upgrades since the beta... On the contrary they only made it worse, because they removed all draw cards like Blessing of Wisdom, Holy Wrath, Hammer of Wrath , Lay on Hands, and Divine Favor all at the same time for NOTHING ELSE IN RETURN TO COMPENSATE THOSE LOSSES! no draws, but yet we still need to have two combo cards in hand to remove a board (morehover this in the only class that has to keep the minions still on the field for a turn otherwise they can't even do damage to the opponent, tell me how is it possible to apply pressure without drawing cards??? For the logic of balancing otks shouldn't draw, not classes that don't do direct face damage (this game is developed by incompetent totals)
The only good thing about getting junk cards is that you already know they won't see a nerf (because every time paladin is played at high tier the nerfs are raining hard already from the first week) we would never afford to disturb the rouge players tier 0 for an infinite number of years...(it's no fun babysitting your opponent knowing they're going to win) because your deck has no viable direction or broken combos, while your opponents are a raging river with the latest expansions...(this game has become a joke, probably they want to bring it to compete with clash of clans, then sell it to 10 year olds...) because any adult with a brain sees only huge gaps and mindless favoritism to specific classes... (they absolutely don't want balancing, that makes this game a joke)
you forgot a huge difference. when Alarm-o-bot is killed it does nothing but the only way Kangor does nothing is if its silenced. also the lifesteal it gives helps you recover the life you lost because of the tempo you are sacrificing to summon a big minion early.
this has no synergy in paladin (which is what really matters) it's just a useless card that you sure as hell can't build a deck around (since it would have no justification to do so) it would be just like creating a deck around alarm-o-bot (in 2023) ridiculous...
