What does "ANY other minion" mean? Does it apply on a minion in my hand / my deck, too? If not, then the board has two minions and they are both 1/1 Crowd Surfers, then killing one of them doesn't give +1/+1 to the remaining one because it's not "other" but "same" minion (it's Crowd Surfer too)?

Any means that it can also jump on an opponent's minion.

It can bounce to enemy minions - this will never be used.

it can buff enemy minions, but what if you are a minion heavy deck? this is a nightmare for control decks man.

That's like saying Irondeep Trogg is turn 1 OTK against spell heavy decks - uh no, you just have to deal with it in a specific way.  In this case a board clear wipes out the effect.

the way its worded makes it sound like it can hit enemy minions as well, making it seem like hot garbage to me.
