If I ask for a refund, will they also take away all the cards I have opened in the packs?
Or will it be just the skin?

They won't take away anything, because the can't they can only remove dust.

You can buy the skin again, but they is no point, because you kept it. It is basically a free skin for people who bought it before. Maybe it the will remove 500dust.

Ok Sylvanas isn't that bad, but come on. They are cosmetics with less esthetical value than their free counterpart. But they also cost more than actual cosmetics for you home or body to wear. The weird thing is how diamond cards actually managed to hit that in-between of HS style and animation, but somehow they just went for a worse wc3 look....

These new WC3-like animated portraits are just awful and out of HS general graphics style, I hope they will be completely removed from the game with a refund to anyone who purchased this crap after a misclick.

Yes, there were past skins for purchase at some point, for the price of 500 gold.

This is ture but not for everysingle skin, they were only a few.

Basically if you purchase the 3D skins before the corrections it was now a free skins. In this case it's actually a pretty good free skin.

Does anyone thinks this "legendary" skins absolutely don't match Hearthstone style? They're pretty disgusting to be honest.

I like them.  I do admit they'd look more in line with the game's overall design if they didn't have those elaborate portrait frames though.  But then again, the HS design team is clearly starting to move away from the old design style, at least for new content, see signature cards for instance.

i thought the bug is no hero power vfx. turns out its the description. ITS EVEN WORSE NOW THAT THEY CONFIRMED IT. they couldve just "oops we forgot to put hero power vfx. well do it later" BUT NOPE, youre not getting hero power vfx for that little money, player

How hard can it be to make a hero power animation...  Especially for a product you're selling directly, not one that gets given as a random reward.
