I'd say a better comparison is The Boomship which did see some play, but mostly from Big/Control Warrior being one of the best decks

Got it, so Paladins get Front Lines with 1 less mana that doesn't have any proactivity against the board unless you have Rush or active abilities. Shamans for 10 mana get to summon copies of Deathrattle minions in their hands, clear the board, proc the Deathrattles and for 1 more mana, gain control of the game again. LMAO buck you Blizzard for your Paladin identity crisis.

Otherwise this is a nice late game card.

Where do you even use it?
Deathrattles are meh, minions don't have that many good active effects, you need to have 7 minions in hand for full use+empty board on your side and you might not even clear the board with no mana left.
I don't see any scenario that works here, since you either have no fuel or no valuable cards.

The highroll is real. Swap costs on turn 6, proceed to drop a hand of deathrattles, colossals, and Denathrius to casually heal for 10 as a cherry on top.

Unless the enemy doesn't have a board to crash into.  Then nothing happens.

Unless someone figures out a viable combo where this fits in it won’t see play. Total waste of a card slot
