Wtf, 150 packs!! I've reopened the game about 2 weeks ago, after allmost 2 years. I had found no packs till today, so I thought I had screwed up, by opening the game a few days earlier than I should have (for instance I had to choose one of 10 decks, instead that having the decks borrowed, and they changed that exactly the next day that I logged...)

That moment when existing players which buying packages and increasing numbers in game statistics gonna get f*** all but these who don't give a s*** will get 150 free packs... Well done blizzard...

I spent well over 2000€ on HS between 2015 and 2018/19 when I stopped playing, these bozos give me only 80 packs instead of 150 after all  these years so no, I'm not coming back until you treat your most dedicated players fairly.

i spent 1k-1.5k€ in the past as well and paused the game for couple years. got nothing. so be happy that you at least got 80. more then nothing.

One could argue that a dedicated player wouldn't have stopped playing for three whole years.

I got 80 - used to be fairly active on ranked. Now I just play BGs. I can't say the packs encourage me to go back to ranked - the same problems are still there...the reheated game mechanics, the overly powerful decks that just seem to turn the game into single-player, the fact that the game just feels slow when once it felt quick (or quick enough).

I think I'll be staying in BGs. I want to see Blizzard scale up the idea and produce a BGs game that looks more like Total War. This is what Blizzard used to be good at - taking ideas that are already out there in the industry and polishing them to a fine shine. The main hearthstone game is milked at this point, if they want to stay top of the online CCGs then they should probably start working on Hearthstone 2, because the game engine has reached the end of the line IMO.

I have no clue what the criteria is. I haven't played constructed for about 2-3 years now, the only reason I play HS is Battlegrounds. I've been active again for the past 4 months, playing a few games almost daily and yet I got 150 free packs just now. A huge gift, yet after opening them I realised that even though it's quite the gift it still doesn't make me even consider playing constructed again and still stick to Battlegrounds. It's like giving a free new bicycle to somebody who hates bicycles.

Feels so bad, i started playing HS again after 8 months. Like 2 weeks ago! So i am not elegible for this campaign despite having returned recently D:

The ploy to bring players back is obvious, but honestly, all this is is a slap in the face to their more loyal fans. The people that fund them more than anyone

If your friend takes another mutual friend out to dinner without inviting you, are you insulted? It's really none of your business unless they intentionally rub your nose in it.

Agree. Like people who actively oppose debt cancellation for everyone else just because they didn't get it. Let people enjoy their packs!! Loyal players wouldn't want the game to die :(

i opened my dummy account which i havent played since march 2022, no packs bruh. Sad

 I wonder if anyone got packs, who never spend money on the game before.

Here f2p player with acc no logged from 4 yrs. No free packs ;)

Why on Earth would they do that? Believe me, they are not sad when free players quit the game, and they do not want them back.
