I stand corrected, but this makes no sense to me. The way I understood Hearthstone until now was that cards summon minions, which are not cards? IMHO the text should be updated to reflect this, if possible. Also, if this cards also steals the minions summoned by this card, this would double the amount of minions when played, this is a bit nuts.
Minions are cards. Minion is a card type. We know this because there are cards like swindle that say draw a minion. So minion and card must be interchangeable.
he would not double summon because the cards he summons are not cards copied from your opponent. They are copied by harvester himself.
the confusing part is what is meant by steal. Like mind control? Or do the cards always go straight into hand
If you steal a minion and it was played by your opponent on the board, it gets mind controlled.
This card looks very interesting, things like Psionic Probe and Cloning Device can fish out some important cards from your opponents deck. Only issue is if you want to pull out a Shudderwock you have to play this guy for 1 mana...
I guess you could play this as your only minion and Insight it.
At most, this will steal 1-2 cards and be promtly removed... Meme card, i think. The fact that it has to be on a field AND copied card has to be played...
Too much mana. Illucia's effect returns the cards to their hands too quick before you can get any kind of decent value. That said if you can buy a turn with this thing out and THEN play illucia later then that'd be the nuts. But good luck with that strategy,
Harvester + red herring?
Temporus' time to shine.
I hope this doesn't turn out to be toxic and just stay a meme or a low value combo play
From a competitive plyastyle, it can be used in control to snipe combo tools and after steal them with this.
I know they're 6 mana together, but Mindrender Illucia.
Play it against discounted hand mage in wild and you can dump their hand and steal whole hand, counts for me.
