for now nothing game-breaking, at least in standard

It's going to feel really good playing this on turn 5 alongside your Nagaling the turn after playing School Teacher on turn 4 but unless there are other 1-mana Nagas you want to play I'm not sure how good this card is on its own. I think you probably need to get at least 4 mana back for this for it to be good because if you only get one refresh then a "2 mana 2/5" on turn 4 or later probably isn't that impressive.

Burn mage getting more fuel.

Mana cheat = BrokeBack turns. This card seems bad for the game 

Sounds good on paper. Might see play.
