Until we see more cards this year I'm not impressed. They could add support for this later on or during this expansion. I personally wouldn't play it.
Awful card :(
Turn 5? Not in standard.
Anyway, as I said, value doesn't matter in the current meta, the game is draw-oriented, there are enough inevitable win conditions that running out of resources is almost never a concern.
But who says that will be the meta forever. It probably will for the remainder of this year, but after that a lot of the quests and heroes that enable these inevitable wins will rotate, and things may change.
Remember than in the early years of Hearthstone, games between control players could easily last for 25+ turns. It was all about who could exhaust the opponent of resources or healing over a long period of time.
I don't know what decks are you playing but in turn 6/7 The game is ended, so I don't know what value you want. Furthermore a control deck with many weapons it is bad.
Control decks, what else? Did you think I wanted Pirate Warrior to play a value card?
In turn 6/7 The game is ended, so I don't know what value you want. Furthermore a control deck with many weapons it is bad.
If you're losing that early with control you're quite frankly a bad control player. The average game length for the deck I'm currently playing is 11 turns: https://imgur.com/a/zWs1gnX
And a control deck with many weapons is good, as long as value matters. Warriors ran 4-5 weapons for the first 5 years of Hearthstone.
I don't understand why you don't read before answering.
Okay, so please elaborate. Maybe I'm misunderstanding you.
It is written. Your answers are out of topic. I said that the average game is closed in turn 6/7. So what is the point of posting your deck. Blizz is not printing the cards for you. Average game is short today. You cannot extract all this value from 5 mana cost.
It is you who went off topic and started talking about current game length, when that is completely irrelevant. Half of the card pool is rotating, the meta will change. It has been slower in the past and Blizzard themselves said that they want longer games for the next expansion.
Also control vs control and control vs midrange does not close on 6/7. That is only against aggro. You don't play this card to beat aggro, you play it to beat slower decks. And again, like I said initially, all of this only applies in a value meta. How unlikely such a meta is to arise is a complely different topic.
We will see.
Eat your words when they print " Throw all your weapon in your deck to random enemies" :D
global buff for warrior weapons, I’m not sure if this is good enough because of Hobart, he has a similar effect and never saw play
maybe this time they will push weapon warrior, I guess?
If dual wielding will be a thing, this card is understandable
I wouldn't even call that a legendary, useless.
There's already some new support to weapons, like Blackscale Brute and Axe Berserker or the old but yet to shine Mor'shan Elite so I guess devs might be pushing some Weapon Warrior archetype, I would expect more support to follow
bad legendary. its not even a naga to get a tiny extra synergy with other cards.
decks that run 10+ warrior weapons are just BAD
Unless we get a card that eg. summons all weapons from hand as minions with the weapon stats
