Quote from BlizzardCalling all adventurers! We’re preparing for an underwater expedition down to the ancient city of Zin-Azshari. The long-lost city is home to beautiful sights and terrifying danger. Look out for Colossal sea creatures, schools of ravenous swarmers, and the territorial Naga. Brave this danger and who knows what mysteries you’ll Dredge up from the depths! Secure your snorkel and fasten your flippers. Soon, we will depart on our Voyage to the Sunken City.
Voyage to the Sunken City will launch worldwide on April 12 with 135 new collectible cards! You can find the full Voyage to the Sunken City schedule for card reveals and see which cards were announced today by visiting the card library here. Check back frequently—the list will be updated with new cards as they’re revealed!
New Minion Type: Naga
Destroyed by their thirst for power, and cursed for all eternity, the vengeful Naga are a new minion type coming with this expansion and becoming a permanent addition to Hearthstone. The Naga are a spell-focused minion type that tend to give bonuses for playing spells while the Naga are in your hand.
New Keyword: Colossal
The ocean floor is home to many massive monsters unlike anything you’ve seen before. These giant creatures are too big to fit on one card! Minions with the Colossal keyword come with extra appendages that synergize with their main body in powerful ways. These appendages are summoned with the main body, even if the Colossal minion wasn’t played from hand.
New Keyword: Dredge
Don’t you hate it when the one card you need is at the very bottom of your deck? Not any more! Dredge is a new keyword that lets you look at the bottom three cards of your deck and pick one to bubble up to the top of your deck. You can combine these Dredge cards with new Azsharan cards that send a powerful “Sunken” card to the bottom of your deck. Whether it’s sunken treasures, your cool new Legendary, or a well-timed damage spell, Dredge can help you get just what you need.

With that last reveal, we’ll share the name of the next Hearthstone year, our roadmap for the year, and this year’s updates to the Core Set. So, hang tight, enjoy the next few weeks of reveals, and we’ll see you in the Sunken City!
As long as they are not warrior pirates this will be ok.
And seeing Hookstusk return points at rogue, so perhaps this is fair.
Lol, so Spellcoiler text is basically spells only Combo Battlecry Discover Spell only with different wording... Ideas are running out.
No, Combos are activated only if you play the card on the same turn, to activate those you just need to have the Naga in your hand and play a spell once. Then you can play the Naga whenever you want.
reverse Spellburst is a more apt comparison
It's basically spin on the elemental thing "If you played ____ last turn"
But I would like to see also new thing for Mage than just discovering/casting/adding random spells. They are getting these cards every expansion since Babbling Book I would say
Eh, it's really corrupt is what it is with a different condition. I'm sure we'll see a wider variety of Naga effects than just spell generation, but the focus of Naga seems to be on casting spells. (Which is... fitting, the Naga are all magic addicts)
This game doesnt need more pirates/murlocs.
Cool theme, mehh cards
Except for the colossal minions I guess
no Hunter cheap spells, no Shaman murlocs, no Warrior Pirates are revealed yet..... as they will be the main culprits for Aggro decks to be revealed last. As always, hype up the expansion with value/control tools.
I guess this confirms it isn't a panda expansion.
Kinda surprised we're getting even more pirate cards, it kinda feels like we have an excess of that tribe at the moment.
Having said that, seeing hook-tusk return in the cinematic is promising.
"We spent an entire year printing aggro! Quick showcase off the value and control cards!"
nothing interesting about this expansion, they didn't even say about HS new year, where is it?
Nothing interesting about your comment, you didn't even read to the bottom of this post. The info about the new year is there.
yes nothing new, they have not written information about the new year separately, what will be the whole year, what have you already forgotten about it>?
dude, they already said that the news on the new year will come after the news on the news expansion.
this boring game is already done, the same thing repeats itself every year
Three new keywords and I like all of them. Looks like it should be a good expansion.
I see a mech being given to the mage, I remember the new core set is coming, and then I remember this:
God please save us.
I am heading to Church and praying for everyone, I might need to tell the Priest my sins as I have used this against others. ohhhh LAWD help us!!
Pretty sure the Highlander mechanic is coming back since they hinted the appearance of Sir Finley - and all the talking about sunken treasures. Reno´s hopefully going to be part of the core set and we´ll all going to be rich again!
