On one hand I hope this makes Rogue decks that are not super aggressive.
On the other hand it's probably not happening and the Miracle Rogue of the past won't be back till the game overcreeps into self destruction.
I've already been playing a devastating miracle rogue with Mr. Smite + Bloodsail Raider + Shadowstep. For perspective, if you have a 5 attack weapon, this hits the opponent in the face for 5+6+7+7=25 damage for 8 mana using 3 cards. If you get a second Shadowstep or Raider, it's just goodnight for the opponent.
I am also playing a deck that does this. This new hero card will be great in that deck. Sometimes we are digging out our stealth cards to survive for the Mr Smite turn or trying to cut through taunt minions. This will most likely give us an extra turn to be ready and give us another 8 attack in our combo turn to use on taunts or whatever. Exciting.
Welp... Time to run Lorekeeper Polkelt in all my rogue decks and never include another card above 6 mana xD

The developers wanted board clears to be a weakness for the rogue class.

Clear the board with Cheap Shot
Cheap Shot and Pick Pocket are fun, but not quite the profit i am looking for.
I was think more along the lines of spell power and face damage with tons of cheap spells.
Okay, but what about that SI:7 synergy that was created expansion ago?
They can't add another or the quest becomes too easy. Limiting design for the win.
Although technically this is synergy for it since you can return SI minions to your hand and replay them.
The core package already works well; they don't really need another SI:7 card. Might see another SI:7 card in the miniset, though.
