after playing Slay the spire for 20 Euro and having so much fun from that small amount of money, you simply can't feel nothing but disgust when you see 130 Euro bundles just for the first mercenary phase and those employees  streamers selling out with their big smiles on their faces.

I appreciate what you're saying, but it's misleading to say it's 130 euros to play this free game.  That's ALL 3 bundles combined, guaranteeing 3 legends and 130 packs.  If you're going to gripe about a new game mode being pay to win, look at constructed Hearthstone and tell me it isn't the same.  This whole game is too expensive for free to play.  Free to play games typically are more expensive than pay games (ironic?).

how about you dont buy everything they put in the shop? Then its 0 bucks for the game. Optional is optional. Unless you want to PvP but then the compression with StS is not good. Pick one.

Yeah, joke's on you because Mercenaries is 100% cheaper than STS.

I was so excited abt the game mode. This looks dull.

Looks like a dumbed down BG mode (not like BG is difficult or anything) for idiots and children under 12. 

I guess Hearthstone can finally be called a "children's card game".

Hm. Probablly I just stuck on my old but gold starndard mode which devps trying to kill. When can we except mini set ? 

The mini set will be in the first major update after Mercenaries.

No Thanks not interested in that mode, blatant cash grab.. fix the standard and wild metas before introducing more mess to the equation/less time to spend on game modes that actually matter.

Also, Slysssa looks like Alexstraza while Trump resembles a Goblin Gnome or is it just me?

Seeing this in motion does not make it look more exciting. We got the same reused sounds, animations and static portrait bumping! What's the point?

If they wanted to make an all new mode, they should have made it at least look more unique...

This just seems... boring. Like, most games have some framing to them. Puzzle solving, role playing, story, online competition, etc. What niche is a game mode like this supposed to fill?

It's basically any of the tens of dozens of "RPG Gacha" games that flood the mobile scene, but with Hearthstone flavoring

..which would be fine if it was just a little side-diversion mode, or one that didn't compete with currency like Battlegrounds, but given that it's using a parallel pack system meant to be a gold sink.. yeah, this just screams "cynical cash grab" to me.

it's still role-playing + gacha like Angry birds: Epic, Raid: Shadow Legends etc. Nothing new and old as world.

Here I am waiting for that sweet Death Knight class with the Lich King as the hero and having that threat emote "FACE NOW YOUR TRAGIC END!" and they are working on this dull and uninteresting gamemode...

I mean you'll probably be able to have fun in PvE without paying (or at most with using gold).
