Before we get into the new shenanigans, an UPDATE: We looked over our Advanced Duels Guide, and made a slew of updates to the Treasure Tiers, the commentary and the tips and tricks. And with the new expansion fast approaching, we can already assure that the Guide will get a further update once we have had some time with the expansion to figure out the changes in Duels. We will keep you posted about those changes when they happen, right here. For now, enjoy your weekly dose of mayhem!
3: Dual Wielding
Ah Quel'Delar, the most ferocious treasure in Duels. Whether it’s assembling the pieces or beating someone that has one and taking theirs, it’s extremely hard to get just one of these in your deck. DeadlyShadow122 managed to do both and get two! Since Quel’delar starts at the top of your deck when going second, Rally the Troops can draw and discounts the second one after drawing the first. Very few decks can withstand the might of two of these legendary blades cleaving down all of their stuff the whole time.
2: Happy Arbor Day!
Ancient Reflections rises again as both Marcos_Cirne and the opponent decide to flood the board with Greyboughs. Trees that summon other trees that make other trees summon more trees; This game could take a while.
Randomly generating massive face damage is only fun for one of the two people in a game. However, Titus78 decides to be a good sport and share their misfortune with the rest of the class. A rather lucky Dreamgrove Ring calls forth five Windlords with +1/+1 because of a Sword of Justice they happened to have from Pillage the Fallen. 40 damage created by treasures makes the enemy hero disappear. *Poof!*
