You absolutely can. Polkelt or taelen should be your five drop, and you get multiple discovers. You’re overestimating the quest, this should be built like a midrange play on curve deck, and that is heavy bottom. The last thing quest priest wants is to draw multiple high cost cards early on. If you can’t play on curve, play something that will help you get back on curve. You don’t need a top end because you played your win condition turn 1.
Octosari died for this.
Damn I loved Octosari. When it worked it felt so great. I had a tempo secret mage on that time that was insanely fun.
Nice, the game does need more neutral card draw options.
Not much to say other than whatever deck needs card draw will use it.
Hardly seems like filler to me. Druid had a 5/5 for 7? That drew 2 that needed nerfed to draw 1 instead.
The body is worth 4 and the ability is worth 2. And a class like Priest with no draw ability and a plan to play the long game will love this. Even works with res.
Might have been a priest card imho.
Paladin will use this big time, especially Silver Hand Recruit synergy to continuously get that aggression flow. Seedcloud Buckler can prepare to give it Divine Shield so it stays up and refills 4 cards.
Body is worth 4, but effect is draw 2 (which costs usually 3 mana) with possibility to draw what, 6 cards? Usually you draw this ammount for 7+ mana.
draw 2 is usually valued 3 mana
A 6 mana yeti that draws 2 cards... minimum. That's good? I'm not sure, I guess it is.
Like, if you only play this on turn 6, chances are it will get destroyed right away, and it's not a great tempo play. I'm interested to see how it fares in reality.
You're not wrong. But consider this to have pseudo-taunt since it's a must-kill. Rounds out the value nicely.
well, Temsin and Carriel will have some stories to tell, thats for sure
I LOVE IT, makes any deck that depends on draw drawable :D
So you draw at least 2 card before it dies ? Good draw for priest and shaman
Every time I tried to make Aggro Priest work, it always fizzled out due to card draw. This might go well with new Shadow Priest too.
something something Dad Joke
So you draw 2 whenever turn changes if I understand correctly?
Yup, exactly.
Yep, and if survives one more turn +4. Not too bad
+5 if you trade with it, +7 guaranteed if it survives your second turn.
