People’s inability to understand cards is never short of baffling. Why do some people add text that doesn’t even exist on the card?

There are some people in here insinuating the mana gets spent to trigger the deathrattle, despite it saying that nowhere on the card. 

It triggers the deathrattle if you CAN afford to play it this turn. Says nothing about spending the mana to trigger the deathrattle. 

Read the card before trying to confuse the community. 

 Really cool card that can give Shadow Priest decks some potential healing.

why would you need to spend mana on removal first?

I don't believe it spends the mana. That wouldn't really make sense.

I think if you have like 4 mana.

Play this.

Choose Death's Head Cultist.

Heal for four.

Still have 3 mana.

Ray Walkinshaw posted an image of current Deathrattles. I think the best are Priests own class cards, but if you play this early you might have to make a choice between getting something great later or getting an effect now.

This is a really really good late game card.

Discovering a minion is about a million times better for the game than discovering a spell. In addition, the high impact can never happen early in the game. The card is designed to discourage the Priest from even casting it early in the game.

A true Epic card if I say so, well done I really like the design concept!

Great card, although I can't help to notice that it is yet again more card generation for Priest, something that a large chunk of the community has been complaining about the class already. 

The big differences though are that it's minion discover, which is less reactive and you can't chain into anything
