To start with, never get greedy. You can handle the hordes of crap minions Sylvanas has with your crap minions. The big problem is you have to get through Saurfang, wich requires you already have a nice board and a decent hand.

Also, keep healing you face to full with hero power to have abusive damage spells. If possible, save Tyrande to destroy a big Saurfang minion. And if possible, save your Cat/Bear forms until you can combine them with something like the Wisp spell or something to max the effect unless strictly necessary.

Note: Never trade Wisps into Skeletons in Saurfang phase. There is some bullshit bug that has the skellies coming back to 2/2 after killing your minion.

"Hah! I'm facing Sylvannas, and they're gonna die from fatigue in a few turrns! Luckily I have 20hp, and they- why did the XP tracker pop up...?"

These are getting to be a real slog.

You could always try just not doing them.

Then the annoying "NEW!" won't go away.

They should add a new button to the main UI that just says "NEW!" until you pay 20 bucks. Pops up every week and has no other functionality.

This will be the first skin of Book of Heroes that I won't buy.

It's probably not easy making Raid: Shadow Legends with worse graphics into something people will spend money on.

There's no new information in that survey, so I'm not surprised Hearthpwn didn't bother to cover it.

Or you can just not open the packs and have a free pack of the next expansion when it is released. I have 5 packs of the next expansion now.

I'm so over this kind of solo adventures... DIdn't even start the Guff one and now we get another. I honestly hope after we get the 10 heroes and 10 mercenaries we don't ever get content like this again!

Do you complain that the grocery store sells Cheerios even though you prefer eggs for breakfast? If you don't like it, don't play it. It's extremely selfish (and pointless) to ask that it be taken away from others just because you don't enjoy it. I dislike Battlegrounds, but I don't wish that they'd shut it down or stop updating it. I simply ignore it (and reroll the stupid quest every time it comes up).

Rest assured that Blizzard knows how many people are playing these and will make their decisions accordingly.

Have you ready other comments in this thread? People don't like this and only play them because they give a pack. Same as most tawern brawls at this point, there are a few fun but most are played untill you get a free pack. But the difference is that they don't waste man power on brawls because they just repeat old ones. Books of heroes is just a massive waste of time for players who just want the pack and blizzard with making them.

If people don't like it, they should not play it. Blizzard cares more about what people are DOING than what they are saying on some fansite.

If offering a pack gets people to play Hearthstone (even if it's just a solo adventure), mission accomplished.

Quite annoying, where is the new gamemode? These pve stuff book of bla is boring af for me, i am into wc lore but not in hearthstone, the battles are quite boring, just shut up and let me buy a skin and dont make me waste my time on a boring pve mode

My guess is they are scrambling to redesign Mercenaries somewhat because they got a bad reaction to the survey.

They are probably trying to figure out how to make the gacha component less obvious, though I have no idea how you'd do that.
