Forged in the Barrens Decks - Mini Set Edition
A few days into the new Forged in the Barrens Mini Set, we have begun to get some idea about the decks that are doing well. Some of them are very new and some of them have been around for a bit. You can also bet on it that there will be shifts and refinements as the meta settles and decks try to better play into eachother's strenghts and weaknesses. But, these decks have stood out, enjoy!

The Doomhammer shaman is completely broken. Just picked off my 9 and 10 winstreak achievements at Diamond 4.
It can burst priests and warriors from nowhere and outrace hunters, while dungeoneer has made it highly consistent.
Edit - make that 12 win streak
It would've been helpful to mention in the title that it's all Standard decks, so Wild players don't waste time reading it and looking at every deck.
Wow, it must be so exhausting. RIP pal.
It has been a year since my last log in. But damned, you deserve it.
Boo this Man! Booooooooo!
Those precious 2 minutes of your life you will NEVER get back... I feel for you bro.
Wow that Pala Deck looks great! Especially love all the Mini Set cards used here! ;)
Same goes for the Hunter and Druid decks btw. The caverns really shook up the decks out there ^^“

What a dud - a few cards that do anything, the rest is just pack-filler... there's always next expansion I guess
Even 1 deck emerging as new and strong means it shakes up the Meta significantly.
1 new deck is stronger against certain decks and weak against certain other decks, which means those decks playrate and success changes with the new good deck.
You don't need a full expansion worth of new cards to change up a Meta. Even a handful will do if it propels new decks to the top.
It's an organic thing, that shifts and warps, not a static thing where only 1 thing changes if 1 good deck emerges.
