Quote from BlizzardThe Wailing Caverns Mini-Set, launching worldwide on June 3, consists of 35 distinct cards that can all be obtained from Forged in the Barrens card packs! The entire 66-card set (4 Legendary cards, 1 Epic card (x2), 14 Rare cards (x2), and 16 Common cards (x2)) is also available for purchase from the in-game or web shops, for either $14.99 or 2000 Gold!
Spelunking Support
What’s a dungeon without Adventurers? Adventurers are 2-mana 2/2 minions, each with a special bonus effect. There are eight in total, and they can be found throughout the Wailing Caverns.
Advanced Synergies
Every class has leveled up from their time in the Barrens! Some classes gained additional Spell School support, while others gained a deeper connection to a minion type or mechanic!

Honestly, I'm not impressed. Priest gets more card generation and removal (aka things he's already good at), but still lacks win condition. Shaman still lacks draw (one card is not enough) and win condition, Warlock still... is Warlock, the meme class, so nothing changed. *REAL* Paladin nerf is good though, probably the best thing in this patch.
Warrior needs armor generating cards. I hope the next expansion delivers on that.
Only one epic?
no surprises here, one epic is the standard for mini-sets
God these look pretty bland. Cept that Murloc devourer thing
I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think the set will have a big impact. I see a few cards that will be played but nothing exciting.
And priest getting another discover card, they really don't learn.
But that priest card is basically a card draw. Not "Created by" bullshit. "Discover card from your deck" should work like tracking.
Stealer of Souls + The Soularium or Plot Twist might be fun as all get out.
With the inclusion of Violet Illusionist and Mal'Ganis it honestly scares me. You can play your whole deck for 0 mana since you can chain all the card draw and then choose your poison if you want to kill your opponent with Malygos or Mecha'thun
mehhhhhhhhhhh
PETTHESHAMAN
I find it funny that NOW they're giving warrior weapon support, after the weapon quest rotated.
Judgment of Justice: Because Paladin needed another OP secret.
Judgement of justice seems really, really situational... there are so many classes that just put a bunch of small minions on the board. Judgement of justice probably has to hit at least like a 4/4 in order to be worthwhile, which is rarely going to happen if your opponent knows that you have it. It's sort of comparable to a freezing trap that doesn't stop deathrattles and does nothing to small minions.
Reckoning is already pretty strong, and this card just makes it even harder to play around. Can see that being a good combo of secrets, even for Paladins that dont heavily rely on secrets.
I know we will get a real value with 2000 gold.. but somehow, I don't really find any epic/legendary worth for thousand gold in this mini set..
Maybe I will just open 7-8 packs and go on..
Same here. I rather save my gold for 20 packs of next expansion.
The dormant 3 drop looks really good.
Man I was hoping for so much more for Kresh...
I dunno i kinda like it. Could be decent with silas otk deck.
