Balance Changes Coming Next Week - 5 Nerfs, 10 Buffs!
Alec Dawson, who is a lead designer on the final design team, has shared some information about the upcoming balance changes coming next week.

Had some great balance talks over the last few days. 5 nerfs, 10 buffs in next week’s patch. Looking to bring up some underperforming classes/archetypes, there’s some spicy stuff.

Alec also had an interview with the Chinese community where he pointed out, that 2 neutral cards will be nerfed (one of them being a Murloc - guess who could that be) as well as the fact that Barrens Blacksmith, which will be removed from Battlegrounds.

Refreshing Spring Water needs to refresh 1 mana and not 2
Illidari Inquisitor should not have rush
Skull of Gul'dan should only reduce the card's cost by 2
Tickatus should be a 7 mana 77, that mills 5 cards. (no need to corrupt, so that yshaarj wont get you a 2nd ticketus)
Rokara should only buff +1/+0
E.T.C., God of Metal should do damage to any enemy (not just enemy hero).
Rogue's card draw needs to be nerfed: Field Contact remove the word Combo
Secret Passage at end of turn, shuffle back your entire hand into your deck. (all generated cards shouldn't stay).
Slow down animations for Sethekk Veilweaver to control a bit priest's potential insanity.
Buff Shaman somehow.
Apexis Blast should read: Do 4 damage, if your deck contains no minion, summon a random 4-cost minion.
Dude stfu, what youre saying will literally make the game not fun. Taking away every good card doesnt make the game balanced it makes it shit. Classes need carry cards.

Crab Rider - I would make it "can't attack heroes" but blizzard will make it a 1/3 probably
Incanter's Flow - 4 mana (this card is also destroying wild btw)
Refreshing Spring Water - refresh 1 mana
Sword of the Fallen - 4 mana 1/3
and since they said there are 2 neutral cards, it will probably be either
Alexstrasza the Life-Binder or Taelan Fordring (maybe not op but sees play in too many decks)
(I like the new alex tho, hope they wont nerf it, but they probably will since they hate neutral burst damage cards)
Hmmmm buffs are intriguing to say the least. Shaman needs the most support with both elemental shaman and Murloc shaman failing to find any success. Followed by Druid which only has token and demon Hunter which only has the life steal otk.
Maybe we’ll see buffs to shaman’s elementals and murlocs, buffs for druid’s taunt and/or menagerie synergies and buffs for Deathrattle Demon Hunter.
Hysteria needs to be nerfed. Hysteria is grossly imbalanced for its cost. Boards should not be able to be cleared for 3 mana, and it basically rewards you for doing nothing while your opponent plays minions. Either 4 mana or the targeted minion can only attack things once each.
Secret Passage should swap your entire hand back afterwards, so it has actual downside to use.
The Hysteria suggestion is actually pretty good.
I don't understand how Crabrider was allowed to be released in the first place. It's very very clearly broken.
