Balance Changes Coming In 2 Weeks
Alec Dawson has just shared some important information about the upcoming balance changes, read more about it below.
Quote from BlizzardAlso so that there’s transparency, still planning to do balance changes post MT. We’ll be deciding those sometime next week and they’ll be in-game the week after. Those could certainly include cards in the battle-ready decks but as of right now we have not made final decisions.
Crabrider needs to be a 1/3
Conviction (Rank 1) should buff only +2 not +3
Incanter's Flow should cost 3
Refreshing Spring Water needs to refresh 1 mana and not 2
Illidari Inquisitor should not have rush
Skull of Gul'dan should only reduce the card's cost by 2
Tickatus should be a 7 mana 77, that mills 5 cards. (no need to corrupt, so that yshaarj wont get you a 2nd ticketus)
Mindrender Illucia is annoying but ok. priests need to empty out their hand to play it, thats a pretty big cost. otherwise OTKs will dominate.
Apotheosis should buff only +1/+3.
Rokara should only buff +1/+0
E.T.C., God of Metal should do damage to any enemy (not just enemy hero).
Buff Shaman somehow.
I really hope that you are a kid. A grown up writing like that would be so sad.
I play a Carnival Clown priest and all i can do is laugh at your pathetic soul. "mimimi 8 mana would be unplayable mimimi"
So you compare board impact of Carnival Clown (7x 4/4 with taunt) and Tickatus (vanilla 8/8)? Ok.
nah its has to get down to 1 destory random cards and cost like 9 mana, its just too broken
Try to make the clown work as priest before you answer. Or at least try to think about it for a while, before you fire and forget your conclusion as you fire and forget your 6 mana tickatus. you need to THINK and WORK to make the priest clown work, while well... you just fire and forget tickatus in support with a SHIT TON of removals.
Well, you clearly have no idea about Control Warlock's current situation. You don't understand how weak this deck is against meta (or why it is), and how difficult it is to play Tickatus even now, on turn 8. I'm sorry, but I'm not going to waste my time explaining basics to bad players.
you so big, i so smoll. have fun in your wonderland.
you are such a rookie. chill. *kiss kiss*
From mechanical standpoint it's perfectly fine to kill your own minion and damage opponent's face, but it actually doesn't fit the theme (flavor) of the card. The idea is to shoot through defending minion and hit its master (other player) in the face. Because why would you shoot through your own dude to do so?! It's the same thing as Sacrificial Pact which was nerfed to target only your own minions, because it has to be sacrifice, not murder.
He said enemy minions.
Right now you can target a friendly 1/1 minion and cause 5 damage to enemy hero.
Can you explain why killing your own minion is a problem? Sometimes a hunter doesn't have any choice but to kill their own minion because the opponent is playing a minionless deck.
Currently the most troublesome card I see is Crabrider. I'd change its stats to 1/3 or up its cost to 3
1/3 would be fine - I'd probably still play it in Rush Warrior.
My call for Paladin nerf is to make card affected by Oh My Yogg! cost 0 mana. You cannot reasonably expect a player to have 2 spells in his hand on turn 3-5 (one to trigger secret and one to answer Paladin's board) and enough mana to use both on the same turn, it's way too much, way too early.
.
ehm, the card can be thrown into any minion and your opponent still takes the extra damage, i guess the idea is not to get lethal by killing your own 1/1
If u think Piercing Shot extra damage goes to u when u shot your own minions u must be losing a lot of lethals.....
8 mana Tickatus would be unplayable. Not only almost impossible to corrupt, but also taunt-less 8/8 "do nothing" on turn 10? Really?
Dude, u should read the card or play with decks that actually win games.
U're too burned as I was in the past months on this game.
And yes, Piercing shot can shot ur own 1/1 token to make a excellent finisher with that card that summon a 1/1rush beast and deal 1 damage or the one that buffs and give u a token. I always attack with minions and shot my own against control or no minions decks.
