Just to clarify: Patch *Notes* are going live tomorrow; the Patch itself is planned for next week.

Quote from BlizzardWe’ve got two major pieces of news to share with you today! The first is a preview of the next major Battlegrounds update: Quilboar! The Quilboar update will include the new Quilboar minion type, 17 new minions, 3 new heroes, and a new mechanic: Blood Gems!
Blood Gems are spells that give a friendly minion +1/+1. Some Quilboar give you Blood Gems, while others have special interactions when Blood Gems are played.There will still be five minion types per Battlegrounds game once Quilboar are added, meaning that three minion types will be excluded from each game. Just like when Dragons, Pirates, and Elementals were added, Quilboar will show up in every Battlegrounds match until our next major content patch.
The full details of the Quilboar update will be shared in the 20.2 patch notes, tomorrow.

Quote from BlizzardFrequently Asked Questions
- Why can’t I buy a Battle-Ready Deck when the expansion launches?
- We want to make sure we preserve the exploration phase of each expansion when everyone is trying out new and interesting things. We won’t be offering Battle-Ready Decks right after an expansion launches because the meta always needs time to settle at first, and we need time to analyze the resulting data to determine which decks we should offer.
- Why can I only buy one? Will more Battle-Ready Decks become available for the next expansion?
- We're trying this limited run now to gauge community interest before we decide how expansive this should be.
- How long will Battle-Ready Decks be available after they start showing up in the shop?
- A Battle-Ready Deck will be purchasable for two weeks after it’s been listed on the shop.
- What happens if I buy a Battle-Ready Deck but I already have most of the cards?
- You’ll get those cards again as duplicates, which you can choose to disenchant if you’d like.
- There are Core Set cards in these decks, will I get those cards again?
- If you already have the Core Set cards in a Battle-Ready deck, you will not receive them again. If you don’t, purchasing a deck will automatically level its associated class to 10, unlocking all the Core set cards in the deck list.
- What happens if cards in my Battle-Ready Deck are nerfed?
- We always do our best to plan around potential balance changes. As such, we’re not expecting to nerf any of the cards offered in Battle-Ready Decks at this time, but we will extend the usual full dust refund to any eligible impacted cards if it happens.
- I did not have an open deck slot when I purchased my Battle-Ready Deck, where is it?
- It’s possible you may not see the Battle-Ready Deck in your deck list if you did not have an open deck slot when you chose your Battle-Ready Deck. If this happens, don’t worry! You will still receive all the cards from that deck. If you would like to delete one of your existing decks, you can then navigate back to this page and use our deck list. From here, you can copy the deck code to automatically assemble the deck in Hearthstone.
Warlock deck -> Contains 30 cards: 4 Legendary, 2 Epic, 8 Rare.
I count 7 legendary.
3 are core, so you already have them.
For those who are understandably upset at no announcement of balance changes, Alec Dawson announced on Twitter they'd be exploring them this week and implementing them the next week. So give it two weeks and we'll see something, I hope.
In terms of value, allow me to put on my TrumpSC hat for a moment, clearly Warlock is the winner here. Tickatus, Tamsin Roame, Soulciologist Malicia, and Y'Shaarj the Defiler are all craftable Legendaries in this deck, which is fantastic for people with lacking collections (like myself). Unfortunately I don't play much Warlock (thus needing all of those cards), and the Demon Hunter list (the class I want to start collecting for) is pretty average. 2 Epics I don't already have is okay I guess, though Vengeful Spirit is no Cascading Disaster - though that's not really the decks fault is it?
Frankly I'd buy both if I could, but I can't, so I'll just get the Demon Hunter one and settle for it.
They have data captured across hundreds of thousands of play sessions to sell 20$ deck, but they're not effed to use the same data captured across hundreds of thousands of play sessions to ensure some damn basic balance. Paladin siting at 65-70% win rate, can't they use the effing data to see and fix that.
Don't worry about it bro, look they got a ton of OP paladin cards in the battle ready decks along with the FAQ saying " As such, we’re not expecting to nerf any of the cards offered in Battle-Ready Decks at this time, but we will extend the usual full dust refund to any eligible impacted cards if it happens.". I'm sure they'll fix paladin soon :)
OH I'm BACK AGAIN!!! Don't ban me already, just let me say something that's truthful to the core.
Speaking of core...why they are giving paid constructed decks and some of them has "Free Cards" from the core set?
If u're paying for a deck the deck shouldn't have free cards, cause these cards u can sub the way u want if u want to do it, so I don't really get it, why to pay for cards that u can build for free? They should really replace some core cards like Ysera in priest deck (Free card for 19,90 what? This is the best paid deck for priest?)
And other horrendous stuff like more core set cards that are free in many decks across this new HS move (not good enough, actually a rip off)
It's meant for casual players to be "Battle-Ready",
not theorycrafting staple cards.

EDIT : you forgot this one ;
What happens if cards in my Battle-Ready Deck are nerfed?
Oh boy more Tickatus
....More paladins around....just great....
Well, that's neat, I guess. Not sure if any of these decks are worth it just for the dust value, but I suppose for players that want to get right into a competitive game and don't already have the collection to do it... this is for them.
Well no, they are moving with the wishes of the player base. As much as a few vocal people hate to think it, lots of people don't want to spend hours deck building. They simply don't like it. I'm one of those people, I've ko interest in making a deck list and spending ages playing and tweaking it. If you find that fun, cool, good for you. I don't have that sort of time, I'm glad you do.
So a large - I'd guess very large - amount of players want to be able to grab decks and play. Blizzard have just been moving towards supporting that because.... Well it's dumb as hell not to.
You may have this weird elitist attitude regarding 'net decks' but that's a you problem, you're in the minority though so you're going to have to accept that.
I'm going to guess that you can't wrap your head around this though and will bizarrely just believe that Blizzard deliberately acts in ways to piss its customers off. They know far more about how to design games than you do, that's just a fact. But sure, you continue being deluded enough to think your warped perception is correct.
This is a great idea, a very large amount of this player base will be very casual. I have all the cards listed but I know people who don't and may return as a result of being able to grab a deck and jump back in.
Why do you need to call me deluded and elitist?
Probably because you are
@Greator
Creative types will always be mocked for not falling in line.
Don't take it personally, just keep innovating.
With a complete collection, I’ll probably buy the warlock deck for the dust. I wish they would sell Golden decks. My wallet disagrees but fuck that stupid wallet.
Whizbang the Wonderful died for this
"There are Core Set cards in these decks, will I get those cards again?
If you already have the Core Set cards in a Battle-Ready deck, you will not receive them again. If you don’t, purchasing a deck will automatically level its associated class to 10, unlocking all the Core set cards in the deck list."LOL. "Value"
I mean they've already had bundles with 2 random legendaries and 10 packs for $20, how is this any different? You pay the same and get less dust but you get to pick the legendaries you get
