Lovely! more fuckery with my deck that it's extremly cheap, and has very nitche counterplay.
I believe, for now, that it is not we who are playing this Game. Instead, it is the Game who is playing with us players.

It’s as if they said “how can we design a card that WON’T help the user win or even get closer to winning because of how inefficient it is, but still anger and annoy the target beyond any reasonable measure?” And then they printed this.
the whole new design direction where you disrupt your opponents hand or deck is unfun, and should get remove instantly. Like against illusia or ticatus, you cannot play around them. since they interact with the entire concept of the game. they delete your gameplan, and not just when playing combo otk. super unfun, unless you play aggro.

In a game where your win condition can be a single card and there is no way to retrieve milled cards from your graveyard, this card design is very unhealthy and they need to stop.
It's different in Magic or Yu-Gi-Oh where you can just get the card back from your graveyard. But in HS it's just gone. This isn't fun.
This card is SOOOOO bad against aggro, like, so unbelievably bad... At least Gnomeferatu had a body.
Does it destroy combo? Absolutely!
Good against control? Not so much. This card basicly says: You lose 4 cards, your opponent loses 3 against control.
Well there will also be upsides for decks using this card, cards have already been revealed that likes you having few cards in your deck. And there may come cards in later expansions that likes you discarding them from the top of the deck. Yes very high rolly, but also possibly very powerful

You have that set up on turn 6 against aggro regularly? Because if not, you'll be dead.
Here is your ideal scenario:
Note that turns 1 to 3 you do nothing to impact the board. Rogue will have you in the single digits at that point most likely, and they don't even need to play a minion to steal life from with Blood Shard Bristleback to finish you off. Or it will be stealthed.
Regardless, you don't even counter my statement. Because THIS card is terrible against aggro. So bad in fact, that they have to make a card like Blood Shard Bristleback to give you a small shot.
Note that Soul Rend, in turn, is terrible against control.
Same for me. For the first time since GvG I stopped played since Tickatus came around. The destroy your opponents deck mechanic is terrible...
I don't care about the card as part of the genre of NoDeckLock, but this is gonna be utterly gross in neo-Zoolock. Next to this, Tickatus looks like a friendly neighbor now lmao

It says destroy not discard so you can revive the monster cards that had been destroyed, right? That awesome!!!!
Not really, it destroys the cards, not minions.
Cards in hand or drawn (discover) = discard
Cards in the deck = destroy/remove
Apparently Blizzard hates combo decks. Why even print big buildaround cards like c'thun, n'zoth, yogg, etc, if the deck you build around them gets deleted? I really hope they print a neutral card that counters this mill mechanic.
