This says WITH taunt not taunt minion, so if I give some minion taunt and trade will it summon copy? Would be good value with some minions.
Super good card
My first thought was that this could work really well with Lucentbark. One of it won't do too much impact on its own but if you can get two very sticky minions from it that changes it.
Unless silence decks become a thing of course.
Hmm I wonder about the interaction with Reborn Taunt minions like Khartut Defender.
Does the rezzed minion just have an enchantment removing Taunt? Or does it become like a new version of the card that does not have the word Taunt on it?
Cause if I put this behind a Khartut, killing it will summon one copy without the Reborn halo, and one copy with the Reborn halo but not the Taunt. If the latter is killed again, will Reborn produce a 3/1 with or without Taunt?
So if this is in play and Khartut Defender dies. It would summon a 3/1 taunt along with a 3/4 reborn. When the 3/4 dies it summons another 3/1 taunt. If either of the two remaining 3/1s with taunt die then another 3/4 reborn will be summoned. Thats how i'd imagine it'll work 😂😂😂 Now thats alota healing
I like when they bring back characters from Classic WoW
I wonder how this will fare in arena.
I dont like druid this expansion, they seem to just be getting forced archetype cards so far.
Rezing a taunt card sans taunt doesn't really do much when you are losing so it feels really win-more. Sure you got a body still on the board but when you are putting up taunts every given direction.
GoodBroken in wild with The Reborn Taunt cards thoughBarrens in WoW is about leveling your characters and doing first dungeon runs and with Forged in Barrens they tried to recreate this filling by bringing back classes to their original roles. For example Druids are often tanks and they run around in feral forms so they made a lot of beast and taunt cards.
would have preferred their theme to be Wailing Caverns, or just the oasis'
Sick
yeah I don't get this card. Don't you normally want taunt minions because they have taunt? and would you really put this in a deck built on taunt minions? Maybe a value deck, and I've sure there are some creative combos. Of course there is always Animated Broomstick and a couple rush + taunt minions, but outside of that idk. I genuinely hope I'm wrong though
This but with Scrapyard Colossus
anything mildly negative on these posts gets down-voted, and I even tried to seriously downplay my negativity lol
Weird card, seems value focused and hard to keep alive though.
In a Taunt deck this is basically a way better Kel'Thuzad. Any Taunt minions with Rush could get huge value out of this. And don't forget, there are ways to give minions Taunt so there are some potentially neat interactions with non Taunt minions.
I am liking the direction they pushing Druid this expansion, hoping Druid turns away from the Clowns and Treants for a little bit and bring back good ol' Midrange Druid.
Clear the enemy board with taunt and Rush
nope it loses taunt when summoned
Duh, idk how I missed that
wtf this looks broken af
