Last Reverted Class Nerfs Announced - Shaman, Warlock & Warrior
A selection of Nerfed cards will see their nerfs reverted later this month and before Forged in the Barrens goes live. Blizzard announced the cards for Shaman, Warlock & Warrior this time.
The Changes:
- Spirit Claws Now costs 1 Mana again.
- Corrupt Elementalist Now costs 5 Mana again.
- Invocation of Frost Now costs 1 Mana again.
- Dragon's Pack Now reads “…If you’ve Invoked twice, give them +3/+3.” again.
- Flametongue Totem Now costs 2 Mana again, but will have an 0/2 statline.
- Fiendish Rites Now cost 3 Mana again.
- Scion of Ruin Now costs 3 Mana again.
- Bloodsworn Mercenary Now has a 3/3 statline again instead of 2/2.
- Charge Now costs 3 Mana again and reads "Give a friendly minion +2 Attack and Charge".

They can't unnerf it as long as Defile is in the game.
All they have to do is add a defile check and cap it.
Or make the old Dreadsteed 5 Mana 3/3.
So he can't die vs Defile AND Godfrey.
That was changed not due to balance issues but technical/playability issues. It will never be reverted.
A defile check? That sounds like work. Work they would undoubtedly screw up causing some kind of game crashing bug.
By the way, there is already a defile cap. It's just so long it makes people want to wander off.

These unnerfs are happening because the cards in question are going to Wild. Don't worry about Standard.
They will be playable in standard for a while too.
where you find this information ? its later this month patch happens so its expansion launch what will be 23.3 based on you can prepurchase bundles till this date

No Tuskarr?!
With Totem Goliath now in the game the potential for high roll is way too high for that to be reverted.
Back when Tuskar existed we had 4 basics, totem of vitality and 3 good\ok totems (golem\mana tide\flametounge) making it 5 bad vs 2 ok vs 1 good outcomes.
Since then we got only 1 bad (serpent ward) totem and numerous OK\good\great ones. (Amalgalms, goliath, various two mana totems)
Old Tuskar would be BUSTED. Perhaps something like "summon a random totem" that costs 2 mana or less" could work but even that would be very very good.
It's a shame that Rockbiter Weapon is still in the core set. I would have liked to see it back at 1 mana for some cool Zentimo windfury shenanigans. Oh well. It's still usable.
