I think elevating the power level of wild by reverting stuff is a good experiment (remember none of this is guaranteed permanent).

blade flurry is way worse than blade dance

Divine Shield Rally Paladin gets a great boost with this Call to arms revertion

I dunno, you used to run 0 1-cost minions when Call to Arms was used.  You'd be losing out on a third of the Rally value if you did that, but decrease your Call to Arms power if you have to include 1-costs.
