Around 30 Cards Will Be Reverted At Rotation!
Hearthstone's game designer Alec Dawson has shared some information about the upcoming rotation, ~30 card nerfs will be partially or fully reverted.
Had a great meeting this week where we reverted or partially reverted some nerfs for rotation. It'll be more aggressive than year's past with a lot of cards rotating so expect a high number of changes (~30). Should be fun :)Quote from Alec Dawson

They've already said they won't be reverting artwork changes, and used this specific case as the example. It doesn't affect gameplay in the slightest, so there's no reason to revert the artwork.

Posted Feb 14, 2021 (Darkmoon Races)It's likely alot of them are going to be wild cards, since they did the same last time and wild cards should be reverted back. Hopefully though some of the cards they un-nerf will be put in the core set. It's difficult to predict which cards will be going into the core set, but I think Archivist Elysiana has a good chance of going into the core set and being changed back to 8 mana.

30 cards is a LOT, especially if they are not touching cards which will remain in Standard after the rotation like the DH ones.

Posted Feb 14, 2021 (Darkmoon Races)yassss give me that reverted preparation. Other potentially useful revertsfrom basic/classic: Blade flurry (hopefully just a mana revert, not effect. Don’t need kingsbane hitting face with flurry), Edwin, cold blood (plz no, I hate facing odd rogue enough already), gadgetzan auctioneer (for those juicy miracles), Leeroy (though it would actually hurt odd rogue). If more recent sets are included, then galakrond would be nice, necrium apothecary, blackjack stunner, shadowjeweler hanar, and evil miscreant revert would be nice.
I highly doubt they’d revert to any of the beta/alpha forms of the cards, but if they do, then backstab, defias ringleader, shiv, conceal, Headcrack, master of disguise, and fan of knives could also be affected.
