The cards that reduce Libram costs state "Reduce the cost of your Librams by (1) this game". We getttttttinnn ittttt babyyyyy
Dead card until Kobold Stickyfinger rotates, especially since every deck is running it.
Playing a 2 mana 5/3 with Lifesteal, I do not mind my opponent stealing it if they have to commit running Kobold in their deck
2 things,
first, oh oh, this is going to hurt xD
second, i want to see the corrupted art!
REALLY wish they would've called it this.
Conjure Mana Biscuit seems like the exact card to bring back Cyclone Mage.
You mean OTK mage? (Imprisoned Phoenix screaming)
Imagine playing the phoenix on 2, then coining Ras on 4. BOOM!
blad this card is sik manz gonna play it every deck cuzzy
2000 gold is amazing - and it is good they are not making any hero portrait bundle or card back to buy it for real money - also availability in packs is good option - lets be honest you are never going to get all the cards from mini set in 20 packs = 2000 gold right?
I agree it does look fun. Not to mention it will also make casting discovered mage secrets feel a lot better. It also just generally makes including secrets in your deck feel a lot better since you won’t run out of resources so easily.
Bananagans (which is obviously the correct name for that Shenanigans card) is a really nice disruption option. Love the flavour!
Sparkjoy Cheat and Shenanigans looks heckin' fun. I gotta say.
We looking at a new control style secret rogue? I would like to put Questing Adventurer back on the shelf for a while...
You do realize that businesses have to make money, right? All of this isn’t free to host. Last I checked Hearthstone cost multiple millions of dollars per month to maintain, and you’re asking for the entire set to be free to anyone who logs an hour a day playing and you have the gall to complain that “can’t do anything fair”?
I’m not going to claim that Activision is magnanimous in any way but how in the world is “I want you to lose millions of dollars so I don’t have to pay anything but the fake currency you gave me to get what I want” anything approaching fair?
This is the kind of dumb attitude that lets greedy companies, like Blizzard, charge way over the odds for their products. Of course businesses need to make a profit, but consumers are also right to demand fair monetisation.
Charging 2k Gold for the mini-set is a good move by Blizzard because, unlike the rest of the in-game economy, it's actually fair.
No one wants them to not make money. The price of the game is ludicrous compared to the competition. The barrier for new players is insane.
People are quitting HS because of the fucking huge price it has and people can't get into the game because the price for that is even higher. Just look at CoD WZ, the game probably makes more than HS will ever make and there is no P2W BS in the game. On top of that, it is a way more expensive game to make than HS.
The reason the meta gets so stale is because people only play 1 deck, and the reason for that is because people can ONLY afford 1 deck.
For the price of the pre order it should AT LEAST guarantee to get you all the cards of the set (It should probably cost less than that)
New players should probably be able to pay 60 dollars (the price of a regular game) to get all the cards in the current standard rotation. And then since the base game is affordable, then they can start selling cosmetics, and people will feel good about it because the player base is growing instead of focusing in selling the game to whales you get a healthy amount of new people coming into the game and people quitting the game
It's getting tiring that people think any suggestion to the current abysmal monetization methods of Hearthstone means Activision will suddenly be losing money and go bankrupt.
There's a list of other free to play games a mile long that monetize more fairly, without pay to win, and all those games make money too. Often lots more money than Hearthstone even.
If demand for the game is high, the price will stay high. If people stop spending money, they will be forced to make the game more accessible in order to stay in business.
So ragnaros is back as a rare, (it cant hit face, yeah, but it can attack)
