Really interesting card and I appreciate the spin on the menagerie archetype. It's just a matter of whether it will be The Curator tier or Countess Ashmore tier.
Wrestling? A ringmaster is the head of the circus....
The more lore accurate class would be Priest. Shadow priests draw power from the void. Warlocks use fell, that's not the same as void. In fact, the artifact weapon spriests got in Legion (Xal'atath, Blade of the Black Empire) is infused with the Old Gods' power.
I love that warriors theme is metal and wrestling
Extremely solid card for Wild! Great synergies with many other cards, fits into most Warrior archetypes, and has the potential to create new archetype(s). Stat-wise also well balanced - not weak, not OP. Good job from the designers on this one.
Love the "Curator" cards.
Tho Countess Ashmore ended up being a dud. I wonder if 2 less cost is enough to make it playable.
Nah midrange dont want to play a 5 mana 3/5. This is a draw engine for a control warrior deck have Nzoth as one wincondition. The other wincondtion is Alextrasza and C'thun for the Priest matchup. This card may draw Alextrasza which also helps
Wait, if Warrior is supposed to be playing N'Zoth, God of the Deep, then why is N'Zoth a Warlock hero?
Why does it matter? Warrior got Deathwing...
N'zoth does not seem like a Warrior class, maybe thats why
Yeah and Warlock has Nemsy and Mecha Jaraxxus. It doesn't matter of course, it's just a minor inconvenience for me since I wanted to play the hero and the card together. Oh well.
you still can, i mean, N'zoth is a neutral card, and warlock has, demons everywhere to select, the new corrupt beast with rush, dicent dragons, just need to do some research for at least 1 or to more tribes and you have a managerie warlock aswell.
What's a menagerie Warlock? Never heard of that.
You play a control deck, you have diferent tribe minions in it, and you have N'zoth on top of that to resumon them, warlock has already good defensive demons, the new set can have some good option for other slots, like the beast with rush, there is already good dragons, and there you have, 3 tribes already covered
Its a worse curator, but this isn't that bad honestly. Low real estate for a (potential) triple tutor.
The right tribal slots just need to be found.
Wait, how is it a worse curator? The tribes are a lot better for warrior and the stateline is WAY better for it's cost too.
It's also cheaper, which is just better in general. Even if it's stat line was worse. Drawing 3 for a 5 mana card is better than drawing 3 for a 7 mana card.
Taunt and pulling murloc, beast, dragon was better than pirate, dragon, mech because of Coldlight Oracle.
But I think you are focusing on the wrong element here, its still good for its effect. The right pull pieces are what need to be theorycrafted.
I think a 6 health taunt is pretty meh by turn 7, and still don't agree murloc/beast/dragon is better than pirate/mech/dragon. N'zoth Warrior is shaping up to be pretty damn good already.
