Great anti-control card for zoolock, against control warlock it delays Hellfire by one turn and Crazed Netherwing by two. Seems pretty good, but I don't think zoolock is going to be in a great place this meta either way considering they weren't in a good place last set.
But this is defenitly where warlock is about
This is way better if you are first. Assume you play it on curve, then:
If you are first:
Turn 1: 1 mana each
Turn 2: 2 each
Turn 3: 3 for you, 2 for opponent.
Turn 4: 3 each and so on.
If you are second:
Turn 1: 1 mana each
Turn 2: 2 mana each
Turn 3: 3 mana each
Turn 4: 3 mana each
Therefore, if you are first this will give you 1 mana advantage on the turn it is played, if you are second its totally symmetrical. Sorry if I repeat what others have already said.
Eh....this is not what hearthstone is about.
You get the equal effect for slightly undercosted stats? Not going to be used much....
It seems very good in zoo.
This might see play in a Zoo archetype, you can use this to deny opponent's AoE for a turn and you don't care much about losing mana crystals since you'll be playing with cheap minions.
am i wrong? this card seem to have a name wihout beeing a legendary?
Its not Name with title or The Name like most of legendary cards, its normal warcraft-like npc name close to "Tempest Revenant" or "Earthbound Revenant". It comes from family of Revenants, but for some reason isn't elemental or even demon type
Rascal isn't a name, it means: "a mischievous or cheeky person"
Ye i was confused tbh. As english isnt my native language. Thanks for clarifying.
Meh. Doubted heavily
Now this.. this here looks like hot garbage. Flamingdogshit even.
MAYBE mojomaster zahi and some other weird ass lockout loatheb/scholomance cult chick type of deck but that's a stretch.
Good zoo card if that becomes viable.
So, it's supposed to be a tech against control or ramp
tech cards are hard to evaluate because application depends of current meta, this one probably will see play if:
- control or ramp decks become relevant
- if warlock gets good support or a new meta relevant archetype this expansion, because currently he is one of the weakest classes
It's not the same as Felguard. Felguard pretends to be a "big" minion and give you a tempo swing (in these days that swing is minimum), with the expense of future tempo. This minion is intended for being used in a zoo deck, which uses mostly 1, 2 and 3 mana minions, for disrupting board clears. It could also be used as a tech card against specific turns in a control deck (kinda like a little Loatheb), but I highly doubt it...
I can imagine this being pretty frustrating on a zoo decks that floods the board in turn 2 and just throw this shit for denying that 3 mana board clear that a hecking lot of classes have.

This card can be good in an aggro vs control matchup, if they dont have early spells and you gain 1/2 turn in face damges .
Won' t see play in wild for sure, maybe in standard? But this overall looks quite situational and lacks of synergies.
nice token 100 dust to craft a better rare card.
ok, give control decks the same shit with mana ramp
