New Demon Hunter Epic Card Revealed - Expendable Performers
4Gamers just revealed a new Madness at the Darkmoon Faire card: Expendable Performers
Quote from CelestalonAnswers to some questions about Expendable Performers that I've seen this morning.
- Your board doesn't have to start empty for it to work. To get the second wave, all of the ones that were summoned in the first wave need to die, even if that's only 6 or even 1.
- - Just two waves.

Fantastic late game card. If you can draw this off of Skull of Gul'dan the combo potential is very high.
At the very least Knife Juggler + Expendable Performers. Everyone's mentioned the Wrathscale Naga which is also a thing (would require a very strong board on opponents side to maximize the value though). As someone who actually plays Token DH from time to time, this would definitely go in the deck and it would become tilted towards surviving till you have enough mana to pull off mean combos.
When you think that's enough bullshit with this class, they do it again.
anyone see Command the Illidari
I played it to legend. It's solid.
more control dh cards Pog
Dear fizzard. please stop giveing dh good cards. i dont care that you nerfed dh 3 times. is not ok. BabyRage
This will help token demon some more.
I am really liking where they're going with these cards so far.
Token DH just didn't have enough synergy to make it great in the last expansion, but maybe, just maybe... it will get there this time.
I would also love it for there to be some more support to make a good big demons deck... obviously there is enough support for aggro decks already, so I hope it is their game plan to beef up the other archetypes.
This card is a LOT better than it seems, and a lot better than the six cost variant in Hunter that gives 7 locusts.
You have 14 damage of removal power with 7 mana which checks out, you get to keep any overflow, and you can work in minion kill synergies as well if you have minions established for them already due to the nature of how the effect works.
if this was 4 mana 4 1/1 could single handedly carry token DH to viable areas
Once again stop bringing up control dh it will never happen like control hunter lol.
Can even use it with Feast of Souls and then still discount a drawn Fel Guardians to 0 in the same turn with 9 mana.
We can only base it on the only other card that uses similar phrasing, Magtheridon.
Fits nicely in control or token DH, also makes a great "winning condition" with Blood Herald.
This and Renowned Performer makes it look like Token DH is going to be viable! Blood Herald, it's your time to shine!
Can wait for DH to play this turn 7 then I take 18 damage to the face turn 8
OP AF!
Insane, just Insane
Agreed, but that's only at 10 mana, and on t7 you usually want to cast this, sic them all into enemy's board, and raise new 7. Unless this goes into a control or HL, you ain't playing this for Naga, you play it as removal. In which case cycle of hatred is potentially much better.
Yes, because if the other option is making epics that cost 10x dust of a common at around same strength, then why have a rarity system to begin with? Also, you ignore the rest of what I wrote how hunter benefits from in multiple levels.
