If bought now and kept still until next expansion hits, will they contain cards from the new expansion when opened in December? I read that their content was based on the moment they are purchased... which would be kind of lame, as I already have all the commons and the rares.

I remember reading the same. These special packs are locked to the season they are bought in. Although, the source I read wasn't official though so I can't be for certain.

In your case, I'd suggest skipping on the bundle unless you really want the skin, or don't mind the cost.

If packs are anything like the loot boxes in HotS, then yes, the dice rolls when they're opened not obtained.

It definitely does not look like the thousand ranked win skin. I have 6400 ranked wins with Hunter and  just got the new hunter skin and they look very different
