18.4.1 Server Hotfix - Battlegrounds & Witchwood Adventure Bug Fixes
Blizzard just announced a hotfix for Battlegrounds and the Witchwood Adventure. This hotfix is currently being deployed to the game via a server-side update (no need to download anything).

We’re currently deploying a hotfix (18.4.1) that will address the following:
Reduced client lag in Battlegrounds caused by Elemental buffs and animations.
Fixed a Battlegrounds bug where Seabreaker Goliath Mega-Windfury would not activate.
Fixed a bug where the Witchwood Adventure would not appear in the client after being redeemed from the web shop.
This fix will take place on the server-side, so you will not need to download anything if you have already updated to 18.4.

Posted Oct 9, 2020 (Scholomance Academy)I cant remember but i believe the transform effect is a battle cry. If those last 2 was summoned in a other way you wont get it. But i might be wrong. You can resurrect as many as you want as long as the last one is played from your hand you should get it.if not then its a bug.
But its hard to tell without the full context of how you got all 7 on the board.
