NEW FEATURE – BATTLEGROUNDS PARTIES
With the introduction of Battlegrounds Parties on September 8, players will be able to queue up for Battlegrounds matches with more than one other player! Battlegrounds Parties will allow groups of players to queue Battlegrounds together, and it supports a full lobby for private games!
Here’s how it works:
- Up to 4 players will be able to queue for a normal ranked Battlegrounds match together.
- Once the group lobby exceeds 4 players, the game type will automatically switch to a private Battlegrounds match for 5-8 players.
Climb in rating with a handful of friends or invite the whole family to determine, once and for all, who is the true Battlegrounds pro of the bunch!

Coming September 23 - Heroic Brawliseum
You’ve studied up, and now it’s time for a real test! For 1000 Gold or $9.99, you can enter a competitive Tavern Brawl using cards from your own collection with big rewards! Based on how successful your run is, you could win Dust, Gold, Card Packs, and even Golden Legendary cards! Brawl until you’ve lost 3 or won 12!
oh man I remember that... everyone was given a chance to get some pretty big rewards while I couldn't play the game for 2 days, postponing because "knowing" that the brawl would last for a week. I was sad when I find out I lost rewards because of some dumb thing that made the brawl replaced.
Funny nerfs for cards which aren't in meta. Never seen this played. xD. GG Hearthstone team.
Emm...
They're buffs.
The buffs are pure for non-playing meta cards, so Blizz hopes people plays that cards
Exactly my point. I don't see what's wrong with buffing cards to potentially create new viable decks or even archetypes. Totem Goliath is actually a very good card now.
But Shaman is not good unfortenaly
I never would've guessed that a 3-drop with "Battlecry: Gain 20 Mana Crystals this turn only" would end up being a Warlock card.
I am very surprised about the heroic brawliseum is actually going to be quite emotional playing these games considering u gonna have 1k gold on the stakes :D imagine getting 0 wins what would suck :/
Priest getting any kind of solid card just means it gonna get nerfed like honestly is cabal that much stronger then other strong cards this expansion that have not been nerfed
considering cabal combos is one of the few counters to any broken shit(druid spam, libram, etc), this is super silly, a 4 drop with with 6 stats is pathetic and 4 dmg is so easy to do it being a taunt doesnt even seem to matter much anymore.
100% only to quiet some of the priest crybabies that cant stand a game going longer than 5 turns
The card was legitimantly insane. It's now a very fair card.
.
The fact that you like priest doesn't means this card wasn't broken. The effect is bonkers, and it had pretty good stats. It was a better Convincing Infiltrator for -1 mana cost. How is that not an autoinclude? For a similar effect, Cabal Shadow Priest costed 2 mana more...
And also, you just have to look at the statistics. Math won't lie my friend. And if you don't want to look at those statistics, I guess you didn't payed attention to the GMs. A LOT of Priest matches were solo-carried by this card.
Why nerfing another priest card !!! if priest is tier 3 now !!!! what the fckkkkk is happening
2 of the three T1 decks are Galakrond and Highlander Priest. Ôo
Yeah, that's what the guys that say that libram paladin is at the bottom of tier 3 think.
Galakrond Priest actually have reached #5 in winrate and #3 on top archetype on metastats for the bracket of (Plat-Legend) once a new build came out. They are not tier 3 in current meta. Top 1-5 rn is Libram Pally, 3 face hunter deck and then Galakrond Dragon Priest at Metastats.
This is the build that broke the meta. And as you know it is unacceptable for anything beside face deck to be in top tier, Control deck need to be nerfed the moment they find one viable build.
Well, wasn't that more or less what I was saying? :D
I used tempostorms metasnapshot: Highlanderpriest,Galakrond Priest, Animal Druid, Bomb Warrior rn.
'That Metastats has many different decks at the topend Libram Paladin, Face Hunter, Secret Rogue, Zoo Worlock (not anymore though), is a sign of a healthy and diverse meta.
I realized that it wasn't what you tried to say. Still this meta is relatively new and suprisingly varied.
That nerf from 2/6 to 2/4 is as siginifcant as the Passage nerf from 5 to 4. You played it with coin/apathy/renew etc. anyway and that didn't got changed.
But again: 5 tier 1 decks and zero tier S decks are a very good meta.
It is very diverse in its archetypes aswell: Face Hunter, Aggro/combo Rogue, Midrange Libram Pala, Midrange/Control Bomb Warior, Control Gala Priest, Midrange Animal druid, Combo Spell Mage.
Each of them are viable. Yet you (@Arucard/Mexiito) complain that "your" class gets hammered. The other nerf was Mindrender from 2 to 3 mana. Insignificant nerf. You played it to opose OTK combo decks like Maly Druid and the increase doesn't change her usage in the slightest.
