News dropped today that Killinallday will be the Americas newest Grandmaster, after our post some days ago that Grandmaster Gallon was going to join the Hearthstone Dev team. Big congratulations to him!

Posted Aug 3, 2020 (Pre-Expansion Nerfs)There's been competitive HS players who have changed names. The runner up of the tournament the other week, Alutemu, used to play under the name "Machop", after a pokémon.
Problem is that many of these players get known by their battletag first and foremost and they slowly grow in popularity and kind of get stuck with it cause of name recognition.
I'm pretty sure there's a lot of normal players out there he would feel pretty bad if they were known IRL by their battletag name. =P
