What is this broken card?!?! why won't you give this to Shaman blizzard?!?!
Paladin literally receive 0 cards from bi-class packet. Very good Prist card, extremly garbage for Paladin/ Paldin 2/5, prist 4/5
Hmm... I thought it was a million times better for Paladin, especially because of the janky interactions they showed in the video. Libram paladin approves. And, yes, tempo duplicate priest approves too - just not standard control/galakrond priest haha.
Edit: I should mention that the RNG of the card can be bad for paladin too haha. Empty board consecration feels bad.
Tempo priest is not exists in hs.
Sorry, I just don't like calling it cube priest. Because there is no terrible Carnivorous Cube in standard any more haha. Should just be called duplicate priest, or, yes, tempo priest.
I see potential, but... I don't know. Hard to judge. If you play a libram paladin you might cast libram of justice on empty enemy board which is so bad. Maybe there will be an agressive buff paladin that does not need the clear? We have to see the rest of the cards. If there's ONE spell that can swing the game this will be good
Compare this to the warlock/Dh legemdary. Its so bad! What is blizzard doing with Paladin. Its actually kinda starting to trigger me now
Priest literally receive 0 cards from bi-class packet. Very good Paladin's card, extremly garbage for Priest... Seriously?
split/ds is better for priest than pally (other than doubling libram), warlock's bi-class are mediocre, but this one's definitely an insult
I like it!
it's like they tried so hard to make this card look good in the video with Embalming Ritual, Grave Rune etc.
But no, for a 1 of card, to get value from this, the restrictions are too much I think.
Nice paladin card, not broken though - although a deck "for" this would be mostly minions - you get one of two librams, +2/+2 and draw, and the ds/split is the worst choice. if you don't libram of hope it's ok-ish.
0/5 priest card - really, just why ? It's literally all other minions I wanna renew/pump/split/rune. Not to mention penance/SW Pain/SW Death/Time rip. Hell, I wouldn't even wanna inner fire this. Am I missing something?
It's just another of their attempts at making Tempo Priest viable. Since they decided that Priest shouldn't be able to draw cards or kill their opponents with spells or combos they are printing some pretty good Tempo cards for the class (Frazzled Freshman is an example). What they don't get is that no matter how many great tempo or buff cards they print, Tempo Priest will never work without card draw. The deck has no way of coming back if it falls behind or loses the board because the player will most likely have no cards left in hand to play. Then they are forced to play in top deck mode and every buff card drawn becomes a liability. It just doesn't work. They need to print some card draw (not card generation) if they want Tempo Priest to be competitive.
I get they wanna make tempo priest competitive, and I'm all for it. BUT (and it's a 14^14 px but), I don't want THIS minion as the target. THAT is the problem, if it was a 'discover a spell', maybe, but the video shows dumb spells being cast, who the fuck would play plague in tempo? Also, you wanna time rip your own minion?
At least the bi-class ds/split is good for priest, but this one feels like an insult.
This card seems like a huge bait
This seems like it will be much stronger in Paladin. Paladin's spells almost exclusively will interact positively with this card if they can target or negatively with the opponent's side of the board only if they can't. Take a typical Libram deck right now as an example. Any Libram you draw will have a net positive effect. The worst would probably be Justice on an empty board but still, doesn't hurt you. And then you get options like hand of Adaal, consecration, maybe blessing of kings if you're running that. A lot of good outcomes. Card seems very good imo,
What are you talking about...? Paladin has a lot of great cards this expansion! Their Midrange and Control decks got a HUGE boost, and this card is nuts! Paladin has so many high cost spells that casting one for free from your deck is amazing. And it’s not completely random what is targeted as it will always target itself when possible, which enables you to run things like Pharoah’s Servant. Also, getting an 8/8 with Taunt and Divine Shield out on turn 3/4 can win you most games. Plus this card is easy to activate with Libram of Wisdom as in most cases it will cost zero.
I feel like Spellburst should have been an enabler not for the first casts only , but similar to how inspire worked..?
Mmm
I hope I'll never open a pack with this one
Useless garbage. Too many removals in priest, no paladin will risk losing consecration or libram of justice
